“I don't give out 1 star often but this is not even deserving of that. This restaurant was filthy from the floors to the tables. The person who took my order didn't even greet me and just stared waiting for me to order. The food took 20 minutes and there were a couple other people waiting for just as long. They were out of soda tops and other items. I asked for some ketchup packets and these were also dirty. The person taking orders disappeared for a long time and several customers walked out since nobody was around to take orders. I was tempted to ask for a refund and walk out but changed my mind. Taco Bell and KFC should see that there are several one star ratings and do something. Do not shop at this store.”

When work brings me near, I always try to grab a slice and enjoy it every time. I also highly recommend their Buffalo Sauce! My order- Two slices Pepperoni or Sausage with a side of buffalo sauce to dip the crust. I’ve never had a bad experience and the staff is always friendly and willing to go above or beyond to make sure everything is perfect. Prices are reasonable and they have have daily specials. Garlic Knots are always a great addition!”

So this weekend I was in town and my family and I decided to grab something to eat at Portillo's. Oh My Gosh, the food was even better than I remembered! The service was top notch and very quick. “The food was amazing. Came here with a group of friends late at night after Kart Racing and before our drive back to Chicago. We ordered an extra large pizza, hot wings, and other side orders. “Panera used to be my favourite. Well this time it was kind of nasty surprise. So you place your order on a fancy screen where everything is clear and easy to use. You get your pager and... you find out that there is no bread for your soup. Than you go to get your drink and the lemonade containers are empty. Restroom waste bin is full of used paper. After you finally figure out where to leave your dirty dishes you find out that there is a bunch of dirty dishes and full garbage bin. Well... Panera was never like that. I was there late but it was still open and people were coming and going. Staff should take care of every client not those coming in certain hours.If it is open it should be fully functioning if not close it after lunch because what is the reason to keep it open?”

“Normally, I would recommend this location. I love Panera bread. However, the last two time I have ordered from here, I have been disappointed. This past weekend, I had a house full of people. We ordered and picked up the order from the Addison location. About 1/3 of our food was missing when we got home, even after the "checker" went through the bags twice! They had to deliver the rest of the food, but it took another hour and there was no apology. The guy who delivered said "I couldn't find your house." Another occasion, today, I waited about 25 minutes for a Rapid Pickup order (guaranteed in 8 minutes). Yes, they were busy, but a lot of other patrons, who were below my name on the "Preparing" list received their orders before I did. VERY disappointing. I will think twice before ordering next time from this location.”

“LOVE LOVE LOVE!!! The staff is always helpful, friendly and quick on service. Our food is always served hot and fresh. We've been coming here for over 10 years and have never had a problem. This is our favorite location and will drive the extra 40 minutes out of our way just to eat here. The staff is very genuine and attentive to our needs. Of course they have busy days and you may have to wait sometimes but it's never an excessive amount and it comes with the territory of eating out. Overall always a pleasure eating here. “I've been to other olive gardens in the past, so the food is pretty much similar. They use quality ingredients and the dishes are flavorful. Now some dishes may be a little pricey, but not so bad that it breaks the bank. I would say though that the service at this location was excellent, our server was helpful, accommodating and checked on us frequently. For a nice night out with the family and for quality food, I would recommend this place.”
