“We have visited this restaurant multiple times, from simply reserving a table for dinner to booking a private room for a party, and even dropping in unannounced for lunch. The first thing I want to highlight is their consistent attention to allergies—a crucial detail for many. They inquire about allergies at two points: at the entrance, and when ordering, ensuring a safe and thoughtful dining experience. The food has consistently been exceptional. Everything we have tried has been delicious, crafted with care and presented beautifully. The staff is incredibly warm, friendly, and accommodating, adding to the overall pleasant atmosphere of the restaurant. A couple of minor points that do not detract from my five-star rating: When booking a private room for celebrations, you are only allotted three hours. Given the cost, I believe more time should be provided to truly enjoy the occasion. Also, the last time we ordered tartare (as seen in the video), the portion was noticeably smaller than before. I consider this an anomaly, as previous experiences were delightful. In summary, despite these minor issues, our visits have always been enjoyable, and I highly recommend this establishment for both its culinary excellence and exceptional service.”

“It was just ok. Garlic knots were fantastic, probably the best thing we had. The 10" Gluten Free sausage was decent but not great. The 10" bacon had good flavor but not great and the meatball sub was good, but not great. It always baffles me that restaurants still use wooden handled utensils. They are dirty and dingy looking and more likely than not filled with bacteria. You can see the cracks and separating along the edges. Get some durable plastic or something that looks nicer. The restaurant and bar area are very cool looking and give off the New York vibe. So much so the waitress even took our fries away without asking if we were done!”

Will definitely be back. 12 of their beers on tap, and a gauntlet of signature cocktails (including a surprisingly tasty one featuring the Chicago classic, Malört). There are also guest ciders and wines available. Went with some friends and we tried a bunch of small plates and sausages: all were quickly devoured… would highly recommend the spring rolls, the salt and pepper wings, and the whipped ricotta with honeycomb and apples. Located right next to a parking garage, parking is plentiful. 11/10”

“Update: 10/26/23. We came for dinner. Wow the place has really improved since the last time I was here. Service was a little slow at first because the cashier was helping with the drive-thru. I think the cashier’s name was Lova but she was very sweet. Manager on duty was very nice. Place was clean. We ordered the triple steakburger combo and the grilled cheese steakburger combo. Both of the steakburgers were fully cooked and hot. Meat was moist and juicy. Not salty. Fries were seasoned, although it had a bit too much salt at the bottom of the pile. Fries were also hot. That fry sauce taste really good with the fries, you can take as much as you like. I have updated my review to a 4/5. I saw the ridiculous number of 1-2 star reviews but I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt since they’re still relatively new. The place was clean. Service needs to be worked on, for 2 concrete shakes it shouldn’t take that long to make. Culver’s was able to make them pretty fast. This was also around 9 pm so they were slow. Food, we ordered 1 dirt and worms and 1 peanut butter. Peanut butter was a little too sweet. Dirt and worms was a disappointment. The Oreo part was fine, but the gummy worms were hard and really chewy. They should have just bought a bag of fresh gummy worms from Mariano’s and put it in my shake. Overall, I would not recommend. You’re better off going to Raising Cane’s next door.”

“These donuts are delicious. Tried it for the first time and it hit that nice sweet spot. It's a premium treat so the price is a little high, but I think it's worth it for what you're getting. Also tried the strawberry fruit tea. On point. They even seal your drink like it's a soda can. Be wary that you may wait a bit if a couple of people ordered ahead of you. Don't order if you're in a rush. It's worth the wait if you're patient.”

“I was surprised to see Moroccan cuisine so close to my house, and I love Moroccan food so I had to come try this restaurant. The owner was so friendly and so nice and the food was sooooo tasty. Good Moroccan food is hard to find in Chicago, so I was so happy when I went here and it was delicious! We got the Hummus, the Shrimp Tagine, the Lamb Kabob, and the Beef Kabob. Everything was so good and the portions were just right. It was so authentic and they even sell Moroccan snacks, spices, and sodas! I will definitely be coming back, it was such a nice experience.”

“Charley's just recently opened at this location, and they have brought cheese steaks to the area! I came here during lunch to find the restaurant somewhat full, but with no line. I ordered the small standard philly cheesesteak, which took just under 7 minutes to be ready, and it was plenty of food for lunch. The sandwich was good, but nothing incredible for $8. I willy likely be back to try some other sandwich varieties, but will definetly order out. The atmosphere of this location is not very inviting, it seems rather cold and focused more on take out, but they do atleast have tables.”

“First time here, and I really enjoyed everything about the place. Rosie's has only been open for about a year and they have shorter hours due to it being a diner from a "throw back era" motif. I immediately felt at home! The owner stopped by to introduce himself and ask about me, which was really nice. The menu leans more towards breakfast and that's what they are known for. But I chose from the lunch menu today and as I was looking at what they had, I noticed the cheese burger, plus a side of homemade chili....so I asked if they could make me a Chili Cheeseburger and they were happy to do it. It was delicious....it came with fries and I could tell they change the deep fryer oil often due to the fries tasting so fresh with not greasy aftertaste. I do plan on coming back for breakfast in the near future. Thank you to the staff and owner for making me feel like "home".”
