“If you love Really spicy food, this is the place to come to. They need either a warning on their menu that there is no non-spicy option or they need to make their mild selection actually mild. Being from Indian descent myself, I thought I could handle medium spice. We got one dish which was mild and the other one that was medium. Mild spice turned out to be medium and the medium spice level turned out to be pretty spicy actually. My recommendation here would be: Loaded fries There is no real mild option here. That is my only complaint. Otherwise, the folks who run this restaurant seem like pretty good people. Service is good and food quality is good. Side note: In my opinion, they could use some more liveliness in the place. I felt like I was sitting in the library when I was there. Go support this local restaurant. Just be ready to have your stomach burn from the inside out 😀”

Folks from our family and friends came to visit over the Thanksgiving holidays. We ordered Cut Mirchi, which is the tastiest meal ever and something that kids would enjoy. The Chicken 555, Pepper Chicken, Paya - Mutton, Panner Masala Tikka, Gobi Manchuria, and the Chicken Lollypops were all very popular and were gone in a flash, so more had to be ordered. Biryani is a dish that you should try. I don't usually like rice, but I had to eat it. It made me think of the first time I ate biryani, which was 20 years ago in Hyderabad, India. ended with great sizzling desert. We'll be back soon to try the rest of the food. The best four seasons are in Chicago, and Golkonda has true Indian and fusion food at all four seasons.”

“This was my fourth time coming here since the restaurant recently changed ownership, name, and staff. It’s a young couple that bought it so it’s truly a family run locally owned small business. American dream entrepreneurship. The food is noticeably better and the staff very attentive. I’m an adventurous eater so I rarely get the same thing twice until I’ve tried everything on the menu. I’m happy to report that everything so far met or exceeded my expectations. Today I had chilies relleños, a bottled coke, and later some flan. Very tasty. So much so that I forgot I had fresh tortillas to eat it with. In the first couple times I stopped here I started with the main staples: tacos, tortas, and burritos. The chips and homemade sauces are very good. Since I really liked what I tried I ventured out into more robust dishes and haven’t been let down. Side note: the tamales were so good that I called in a for a dozen-to-go order days ahead of time so I knew they wouldn’t been sold out. I even took home rice pudding, flan, and tres leches cake so we could try them as out at home with our family. Let’s just say that those tamales and desserts didn’t even stand a chance. My family loved them. I’m really happy with the new owners and their staff. This place has changed for the better and I wish them luck for years to come. “I've been following this food truck ever since I came back from Hawaii and love their food. I always get their Khalua pork, they service it with rice and mac salad as well as their masubi. Lately, I've been craving a malada since I never got one in Hawaii and now Flyin Hawaiin makes them too!! Malasada had a crisp to their "skin", I got the original and the cinnamon. “Beautiful lounge, good food, really wished it was cleaner. The windows were super dirty, the bathrooms were nasty and the floor was sticky. I noticed that the employee was always quick to clean a table when people left, so I'm not sure why it was so unkempt. Also, the latte was basically hot milk (this knocked my review from 4 stars to 3, because good coffee is a must when you have this type of food). Also, $2 for a bottle of costco water. They should have tap water at a minimum.”
