They are out-of-this-world! Their signature dish, Beef Wellington is absolutely delicious. We have dined many times and everything we have tried is scrumptious. We love the variety of menu items. Each dish looks like a work-of-art. The plating is a feast for the eyes and excitement for the palate. The service is impeccable and the atmosphere is wonderfully romantic. We enjoy watching the sunset over the Mississippi River while dining. We look forward to the next time we dine at the Edge. We highly recommend it and give it 5 stars in all categories. “Delicious ice cream flavors! It’s a chilly day in Galena so we planned to only stop to check out the ice cream flavors (all made in-house) - and we couldn’t help but to order a few. We tried coconut, strawberry cheesecake, Cookie Monster, and Ferraro Rocher. There are all sorts of fun and interesting flavors are available, in addition to an assortment of ice cream bars and other treats. We can’t wait to get back to try more treats here!”

Low frills service on wax paper presents you with a classic, foot-long chili dog. The chili is better than expected and the shun the plastic pump cheese in favor of cheddar shreds. Step up to the counter and your late night gluttony will begin in mere minutes. Stay out late and find a face full of bad decisions for only $7. Cheese and jalapeños are $0.50 extra. Self-loathing is free. I have no regrets.”

“I really enjoyed this tour. I noticed the remarks about it being cheesy. I, for one thought the "cheesiness" added more fun to it. Jay the guide was incredibly likable. He was genuine in his interest in ghosts and Galena. It's really nice to see people enjoy what they do for a living and though I'm sure he has done that tour a million times over he still seems to love it even if there is only one person or fifteen. He is very well suited for the job. A fun and entertaining time I will remember forever!”

“We stayed at the eagle ridge resort and ordered delivery for a large group. They had 8 pizzas ready and on our doorstep within 1 hour. The pizza was delicious and we had plenty of leftovers for the next day. Much better than the chain stores and you could tell the quality of the ingredients.”

“Didn’t know these guys were here till we did a search for brewery on our way back to Chicago. We are very glad we did. Sliders were excellent and the beers were great. I especially like the salted caramel apple. It was crisp with a hint of sweet but nothing too overpowering. Environment was great. Our bartender, who was super hospitable and attentive, explained that the space used to be a movie theater and it had burnt down at one point which explains the cool colors of the wood floors. He also chose my beer flight and I liked them all. I definitely recommend this place, it’s worth the 3 minute drive off the main highway.”

Savory Kitchen food is amazing. from the start the meal was perfect. the shrimp appetizer salad with homemade dressing. perfectly cooked steak medallions and rich gooey chocolate cake the homemade whip creame. the owners/ chef Jim and Mike are delightful. can't wait for my next visit. highly recommend this place.”

“This is not a typical murder mystery dinner. I would label it a history lecture with mediocre food. My filet mignon was very pink; my mom's was very well done. The vegetables are from the freezer, not fresh. It was interesting hearing local history, but none of the "mysteries" were actually solved.”
