“I love this place!!!! Great 80’s music with a laid back atmosphere. The manager, Paul went above and beyond... he was creating this amazing cinnamon shake, topped with whip cream, Cinnamon Toast Crunch. Garnished with a mini stack of pancakes and thick maple bacon & drizzled with maple syrup. My girl said that’s looks good and he gave it to us on the house. We ordered the bacon cheese burgers and the plant based burgers as well as the donut sized onion rings. They were all delicious. We even brought back the breakfast burger for my brother to try. I will definitely be back!”

“I was super excited that this place was opening so that I did not have to drive out to algonquin. Unfortunately my first visit was not a great one, the girl taking my order though she was very nice she also didn't listen very well. Toppings I wanted on my sandwich weren't there and the pickles I asked to be omitted were there and made my Philly sandwich taste like it had pickles on it. The green peppers though they were advertised as "sauteed" they were most basically raw and there was very large chunks of onion in random places throughout the sandwich same with the green peppers. I couldn't tell you about the mushrooms because they weren't on the sandwich like I had ordered and I really just felt like they slapped the sandwich together with really no regard for the finished product. The service was indeed quick though due in most part that the place was almost empty which is odd for it being dead in the middle of lunch on a weekday. This leads me to believe that mistakes are fairly common among the staff and they are not getting reported on google. I've seen several firehouse franchises come and go all over the northwest suburbs and have always been a fan, but this particular location is off to a bad start. I'm hoping to bring this 3 star rating up in the future because I will be going back.”

“So the 1st time I encountered Thai rolled ice cream it was in Chinatwown where a once normal Chinese restaurant turned 100% ice cream joint because of ridiculous turnouts and lines. Waited forever to try what was okay strawberry ice cream with toppings. Here at Fanny's I got their new Coconut flavor with Asian themed toppings minus the cereal and it was awesome. The coconut was spot on and what good coconut ice cream should taste like. With coconut and mango gel it gives a real Thai flair (a bit of a taste of Thailand) to the ice cream and pays homage to the whole idea itself "Thai Roll Ice Cream". Basically, coconut should be on the main menu and even the namesake flavor of the business "Thai Roll Ice Cream"!”
