Just too much cash for some different flavored sweetener and foam. The baked goods are very good and the staff is kind. I'd come back for some other items to try. I'd skip the coffe flight though.”

“I have been to countless Starbucks in my life and have spent countless money at Starbucks but Starbucks downtown St Charles at 101 South 1st Street is by far my favorite! Olivia has gone above and beyond each and every phone call and visit especially during this Corona crisis for the essential workers and First Responders! She makes my day, which are very hectic these days, much more endurable and puts a smile on my face every day! :-) Everyone at the store is very kind and professional but Olivia always goes above and beyond! :-)”

“Great location for a Starbucks! I really liked the location of this particular Starbucks store because it’s off of Randall Road and really close to Costco. The staff was really friendly and the environment was both very relaxing and charming. There were clearly people in the cafe that were working remotely which is always a good sign to me. Looking forward to stopping by again soon!”

“Easy to locate. I went through the drive through. Parking lot and drive through area were clean. The speaker was clear and the employee's speech could easily be understood. The only problem with my order was that my coffee was just above warm. I had requested they make it extra hot. However, this is with most Dunkin Donuts. Some can make your coffee hotter - some can't or won't -it would be nice if this location would have informed me that they couldn't make it hotter. The taste of the coffee, however, was perfect. The employees are friendly. I would go back there for donuts or pop (or coffee if I was going to be near a microwave soon.)”

“Made a quick stop at the small post office extension. Not sure why I haven't noticed this place before. The aroma is enough to fill you up. The joy and energy of the staff makes this stop even better. So many great options to choose. The chicken noodle soup was delicious. The fresh "off the bone" ham sandwich was rich and savory. They offer a hot bar for lunch as well. It is full of real authentic choices. Clean, well-maintained, great lighting and awesome casual dining. Easy to say this is a better food option over Subway anyday. I don't know why I haven't visited before, but we will be back again!!!”

Not sure if they get busy and overwhelmed but the last few times I have ordered a sandwich for rapid pickup it's like they tossed it into the bag from 10 feet away. I love the food here and its convenient location is perfect for ordering my lunch for work but I'd rather not have to reassemble my sandwich every time I sit down to eat.”
