“I don’t go to Starbucks but my granddaughter loves it. Took her there Saturday morning so she could start with food in her belly since she didn’t eat before I picked her up. The drink order was incorrect so they said they couldn’t take it back but made the correct one. This morning I was checking my bank account when I noticed they charged me but then the money was put back in my account. I called my bank first to make sure I was looking at it right and I was so I called them so I could pay for it and they refused to let me pay. They let me keep the drink but I felt I should have paid for what we received. It took less than 5 minutes from order to getting the correct drink so it wasn’t a long wait time. I just feel like I should pay for what we received. I spoke to the manager and she said to pay it forward which I have no problem doing so. Really nice people working there, I wouldn’t have expected my money return though. It’s a great place and will go there again but, if my drink is ever wrong again, I will make sure I pay. 😂”

“Had visited this new location earlier with a friend. Such a pleasant experience and we visited over coffee. So relaxing and exciting to have this new business. Today a different experience when with husband. Music was much too loud to have a conversation. Earlier visit was nice background entertainment. Today was just loud. Hope this isn't a pattern; as I said earlier, so nice to have a Starbucks in our neighborhood.”

“Went to get gas today. Internet and their big sign said $2.26. Prepaid $10.00 and went to pump and the pump had it at $2.49. Went back inside to say something and someone else was there too complaining. Manager came out and listened and said that she would give back the difference. I pumped 4 gallons total with the new price and went back in. This is a .23 difference x 4. That means that she was to give me .92 in return. Instead she gave me .80. And she acted like she was right even though I had already stated to her that it was .92. She stated, for future reference, that the pump is what they have to go by even though the big sign says otherwise. Very disappointed as I usually go to Thornton's because they are cheaper than anyone else.”

Wonderful place and I always seem to come back. Also love the flavored tea selection. It’s delicious and always almost fully stocked. New remodel looks good. New prices on previously complimentary items...not so much. Food is still delicious as always.”
