“Franchise plus company feedback: The service was not the stereotypical overly friendly and bubbly service, but I was asked if I wanted anything else. (Some people just rush through and assume I’m done ordering when I pause for them to catch up either gathering the items or typing on the register.) For the company: The churro bites are absolutely not churro bites. FALSE ADVERTISING. It’s just pretzel bites (pictured) with a dusting of sugar and cinnamon, then decorated with “dulce de leche” syrup and chocolate syrup. 😑 There was awkward silence as I waited for the cashier to tell me the total (as is customary anywhere, I think). The machine was abnormally slow, so I’m surprised the cashier hadn’t made a comment about it. I’m not sure what happened with the napkins- we could have used some and a bag, but no bag was offered. Not sure if I overlooked a self- serve napkin thing. Overall, the food was eh. I wouldn’t really go back to a Wetzel Pretzel franchise again in general.”

“We had the baked cod tonight - awesome! Nice flaky, properly prepared, with a nice side of vegetables. The new owner is migrating newer items to the menu, and we look forward to those choices. Great wait staff - as always, good wine pours, and so fun to see the new owner. Restaurants today should be the modern day "piazza's" of sorts - meeting places, gathering spots, and comfortable places to enjoy a meal or drink! Ciao Bella has had that neighborhood vibe for years, and with a new energetic owner, that tradition remains.”

“Pizza was above average. Service was average to above average. I finished my whole meal and was waiting for check by the time I was offered a refill. I did get one though, and server was polite. One day I needed some help because I locked my keys inside my truck he helped me out and gave me some basic tools to make a home made lock pick lol and I was able to unlock my truck and save a lot of money instead of calling for a locksmith so I thank you for that very much.”

“If you like IHOP then you will probably like this place. The restaurant was clean and service was good. We didn't have to wait to be seated and our was prepared relatively fast. I'm just not a big fan of IHOP. The food often tastes very greasy. There are some decent options, but overall IHOP just isn't on the top my list when it comes to restaurants.”
