“Cool new location. Already famous for their breakfast and brunch menu, the new magpie also serves dinner. Attentive but unobtrusive service.The magpie seems to cover both stick-to-your-ribs comfort food as well as innovation and the modern menu. Burgers, sandwiches, salads, a few varieties of mac and cheese, and several entrees. The lower level with the original wood pillars and stone walls is a really neat setting. All in all, we are thrilled to have the magpie back!”

We tried the beef jerky, egg rolls, chicken wings, and lad nah--everything was amazingly delicious!!! I hands down recommend the lad nah, and I think Lao Kitchen serves the best chicken wings in Rockford. We will definitely be visiting again. Also, service was amazing!”

“Great pizza. Great staff. Great prices. The best bang for your buck is the extra large cheese. The toppings are okay, but I prefer the plain cheese or maybe just one topping at a time. They have special deals if you order online or download the app. Also the service is quick and reliable. I have never tried their delivery service but I know they do deliver. Also I hear that they are a good company to work for and they are always hiring. Every time I have ever been inside the staff always made me feel welcomed and special. I would highly recommend Marcos Pizza to anyone. P.S. there is a family video in the same building for those of you who rent DVD or who are gamers. I will try to add more photos at later date. I think she forgot to keep a eye on when it was ready. If the pizza would have been steaming hot. I would have enjoyed it more! Salad was great, and I could give it 5 stars”
