“I started coming to The Mill when it first opened. I'm not gonna lie, the food and service was not very good. The menu wasn't fully available and getting a server to come away from the server station and their co-worker convo was annoying. I figured the wait would be worth it for the food, but was mistaken and a bit let down. It was suggested by others to "try out the"The Mill" for s meal and I would kindly decline. Fast forward one year, I hear a bartender I really liked from another bar was now working at "The Mill" So, I suggested to go and try the Mill for Drinks. We had a great time and Janelle was serving. Janelle suggested we come back another time for food. I trust her, so I drug my boyfriend the following weekend. We were served by Taylor, our favorite server from another bar. We were pleasantly surprised. I had the Adult Grilled Cheese, and he the Wisconsin burger (they have the really good battered fries). He still raves on that burger. And I thought mine was actually pretty good too! We've trickled back ever since. We see more and more people we know and it's warming to be greeted with a rousing "Hello" when we come in. They see it's us, and get greeted again by name. It's comfortable here and I'm really liking it here more and more. Looking forward to all the NEW things happening here. “Ordered a medium fry and a medium Cajun Fry. $13.00 no biggie for great food right? Fries were amazing. Especially the Cajun Rated 4 stars because the fifth guy, the fry guy, must have been off of work. For the first time in our Five Guys experiences, we made it home and not a grease stain on the bag. Open the bag to find the fries flush with the cup. Not a single one in the bottom of the bag. Typically Five Guys does me better. We even had tipped at the counter. Ya'll did us dirty.”

Get there homemade sub rolls,some fresh provolone and the Boar's Head Deli dressing along with some always fresh toppings for your samich. The staff is awesome 😎 You can't go wrong here. “Marissa was wonderful karaoke was great. Shawn the dj is awesome. Marissa helped guide us with the self serve tap and told us which apps were half off for Friday nights and she was all around kind and awesome. This was my family and I first time here and we loved it. We spent 160 on 4 apps 3 bison burgers and maybe a quarter of a dozen beers mixed drinks n shots between the three of us and it rocked. I can’t wait to try this pickle thing”

“First time. Thought I'd try a little of everything. Pork Belly Ramen, Kimchi fries, Korean corn dog and chicken egg rolls. The egg Pork belly was chewy. Fries were soggy and Kimchi was two clicks above cold (is it supposed to be?). The sauce tasted like Hidden Valley. The Korean corn dog was unmelted string cheese with a stick in the middle. The Ramen broth was tasty and the egg rolls were hot and crisp. With a near 5 star rating I expected excellent food. The fries and corn dog wouldn't sell at a carnival. Disappointed. The counter guy was nice. Maybe I caught the restaurant on a bad day.”

I went today 06/08/2024, the food is always delicious, I always get Chicken Nasi Goreng(Chicken Fried Rice) I have got to say, there is something special about Indonesian fried rice style that sets itself apart from other fried rice out there and its the best 😊 I also got the orange chicken, very delicious also, my brother got the crispy chicken katsu, he says it’s very delicious. We will always come back for more , the owner and staff are always so nice to their customers😇 PS, try the spicy sauce also 😅 wow it is hot!!! but delicious if you dare😂 this place is a real hidden gem in Rockford.”

“I am so happy that we have a good Indian place in rockford now! Service was great. The food tasted like I was sitting in someone's home cooking for me. Very authentic and such good flavor throughout every dish. My understanding is they will be changing out the tables and chairs and disposable plates and silverware in a couple weeks, so mid May. “Franchise plus company feedback: The service was not the stereotypical overly friendly and bubbly service, but I was asked if I wanted anything else. (Some people just rush through and assume I’m done ordering when I pause for them to catch up either gathering the items or typing on the register.) For the company: The churro bites are absolutely not churro bites. FALSE ADVERTISING. It’s just pretzel bites (pictured) with a dusting of sugar and cinnamon, then decorated with “dulce de leche” syrup and chocolate syrup. 😑 There was awkward silence as I waited for the cashier to tell me the total (as is customary anywhere, I think). The machine was abnormally slow, so I’m surprised the cashier hadn’t made a comment about it. I’m not sure what happened with the napkins- we could have used some and a bag, but no bag was offered. Not sure if I overlooked a self- serve napkin thing. Overall, the food was eh. I wouldn’t really go back to a Wetzel Pretzel franchise again in general.”

“Well... a bit on the pricey side. And food is just okay. Not exceptional which is sad. Location vacant since covid closed Granite City. I like the concept but just misses the mark, slightly. Had the sushi. Good portions. Juat so-so, no ginger or Wasabi. And nothing special. Margarita, had the cucumber and that was amazing! Get on the rocks as frozen comes premixed. The price.. Gasping !!! Dessert, had the churros with ice cream. Super smash! Cheesecake... skip it. No flan available. Sad. And the home chips and salsa... tuna mix delicious!!! But the green salsa was good just a bit beyond spicy. And we like spicy food. Fresh jalapeño with seeds is a regular staple. So, check it out, but watch what you order.”
