“Really a fun experience to watch the ice cream being formed. It looks like a rocket launching with the liquid nitrogen billowing out of the the back of the rocket and into the bowl of cream and toppings. They have many different options to choose from on their menu or you can pick your own mix-in/toppings. The ice cream was good. We got the "mini" size but it was definitely enough to satisfy!”

“We were there on a surprisingly busy Thursday evening. I don't believe the lady that sat us usually works out front because her verbal skills were subpar - she made us feel unwelcome. Our server was good, and the food was very delicious, but our table was somewhat neglected after our food came. There were no drink refills after that. We chalked it up to them being understaffed because of how busy they were, and would like to go back and give them a second chance - hopefully when the weather is nice so we can sit outside!”

Dont know how anyone could say that pretty red head girl is rude or nasty, (thinking that may be a troll) some jealous girls cant control their jealously; just cause SHES AMAZING. Always nice, greets you with a smile and always tells you to have a nice day. Never saw her be mean even to the most difficult of customers; even when she has a line and is working both registers, shes still smiling. Just an all around awesome store with a GREAT STAFF. “I have had both positive and negative experiences with cashier's at this particular store. Last night I was on my way home from a really bad night at work. I stopped at this particular 711 to grab a coffee and as I was getting my coffee the cashier must of noticed I was crying, she put her hand on my shoulder and asked me if I was ok and asked me if I needed a hug..just a simple gesture as this completely turned my night around. “I don't drink coffee (I can hardly stand the smell), but I was here for a meeting in the conference room upstairs, so I availed myself of a stupendous cinnamon roll. (Once in a while my 2 1/2-year-old grandson invites me to join him and his dad for their regular Saturday morning visits, so I knew what I was in for.) Casual atmosphere, great service, and it's kid-friendly (there's a kids corner with toys under the stairs). Besides, some folks use this as an informal office. Recommended (even for those who don't like coffee).”

However a lot of the time when you let them know you are treated like its your fault. Take your kids they will have a better experience.
