“Good, greasy food. Your standard burger fare with some original options in a cute American hut with indoor seating, outdoor seating with heating and wind blocks, and outdoor seating. Meal starts with a chili shot. Very good chili. I had the Hoosier burger (not on the menu) with onion rings, BBQ sauce, etc. on the burger. I wasn’t super impressed, as it was just a normal burger. THE THING THAT WAS AMAZING WAS THE SWEET POTATO FRIES. I have had DREAMS about these. They can be ordered with a cool marshmallow creme dip. Do it. ???? Ice cream is good too. ???? Only come back for the fries though.”

“I'll start by saying the service at Anthony's Chophouse was great and I am so excited that we have such a lovely local restaurant like this in Indy. Indy is known for steakhouses, and this is a nice change up from all of the traditional local steak houses. The place has tall ceilings and a modern yet traditional atmosphere. While similar to a steakhouse it definitely is one with a twist. To begin, I had a two great cocktails and my husband and I shared the charred shrimp, which had an amazing rub, and the Pacific Cove Crab Bake. Both were absolutely delicious. For entrees I had the Hot Fried Chick and my husband had the Wagyu Chophouse Burger. I found the burger to be the star of the two entrees. It was so juicy, and was between two buttery buns, with cheese perfectly melted. It was served with garlic fries and a house made ketchup. While I enjoyed the Hot Chicken, this is pretty much my reason for a 4 instead of 5 stars. The chicken was decent, but it was not hot or spicy in any way and unfortunately the thing I was most disappointed by was the amount of batter to chicken ratio. Additionally, I hoped there would have been more white meat, but it was mostly dark. Other than this entree, we absolutely loved Anthony's Chophouse, will be back and will definitely recommend it to friend's and family.”

“We've had varying experiences in our two visits here - mostly we have been left wanting for the price we pay. The lobster bisque was unforgettable (can't wait until it's back) and some of the food is tasty. However, some of our entrees (including burgers, sandwiches, and salads) weren't our favorites. The specials always sound amazing but are quite pricey for around 35-50. We will probably return again, but check the menu for items that sound extra delicious.”

“I had happened to drive by and see the Big Lug sign on River Road. I was excited to have a spot that was a quick bike ride from home. Stopped for lunch today with a coworker and had a great meal.
