A great selection of sandwiches and usually at least two soups of the day can be found here, and quickly. Far better quality than a damn Subway any day!! Especially as all of the staff are incredibly quick and courteous. I only wish that they had more veggie options to throw on top.”

“I learned about Una Bar at the Waterloo Wine & Stein festival and I am glad I did. Between the gift card we got there and the reviews I saw here I thought to give it a try. The food rocked my world. We got the Cevape based on the reviews of it here...the pita bread is awesome, they give you about 8 beef/veal links and then onions, sour cream, and red pepper paste. The portion was big enough to take some home for lunch the next day. Also we tried their spinach and cheese pie thing (forgot the name). Just so good. Besides the food, the atmosphere was fine--what you'd expect for a local bar/restaurant, music was a bit loud at times. The service was good, but besides a few guys at the bar, we were the only ones there eating and considering my experience that makes no sense to me at all--maybe its the neighborhood? The price point was extremely reasonable - two people can eat there for $25-30$ including tip. I will be back and soon!”

However, the woman at the cash register was rude to my sister when my sister inquired about the 3 cookies for $1 special ("We don't have have that!" Then when my sister said "I thought we got it last time," the woman snapped"not here! Maybe another Subway but we've never had that price"). The worker was just too snippy about it. BE KIND; REMEMBER CUSTOMER SERVICE IS KEY. Will we go back? Not sure. May give it another try. Or may just go to a different one, there's plenty around.”

Enough to confuse your pallette into thinking 'Yep that's beef...wait....okay yep I think we good.' That did not throw me too much though. Definitely going back for another soon. Well done folks.”
