“Went to pick up a mobile order for my family on the way home. It wasn't on my account so I didn't know what was ordered. They didn't have my mom's drink so I got her a different one at the window. While one of the girls was making it the other three were talking right by the window for roughly 2 minutes. I was handed my drinks and told to "have a nice day". When I got home it was brought to my attention that we had also ordered food. When I tried to call the store to ask for a refund the number listed on the app and on Google was disconnected. So, I drove back across town to the store again. I talked to a very nice girl there who was either going to remake my food or refund me. The girl that had originally helped me in the drive thru had an attitude towards the other girl about the situation (which was her mistake) behind the counter. Then she brought my food out and said "sorry I didn't know you had food earlier." I didn't know either, but that's not my job to check the labels. The only reason this is getting 3 stars is because the girl who fixed the mistake was very nice and extremely professional about the situation.”

“The Susie Q’s cheeseburgers put the CHEESE back in CHEESEburger! Both kinds of cheese, white AND yellow, covered my burger in marbled bliss. Some had even caramelized on the griddle, providing a crunchy smooth addition to the tasty textures. I instantly detected a uniquely seasoned beef patty upon my first chomp, and I finished my meal most, a most satisfied customer. I guess all I can say is, these ladies know what they’re flipping down at Susie Q Cafe.”

“Nice, rustic themed coffeehouse. Good atmosphere, though during the tourist season can become pretty busy in the mid-morning. Just as good as any franchise coffee shop they can do all the different fancy drink requests. I typically drink my coffee black. I found the "Cowboy" on drip to be quite good. My wife ordered an iced mocha and was pleased.”

“Food is normal, like every other McDonalds restaurant you'll be in. However, this particular one has a play place. Not that unusual. Been to this restaurant many many times for our own children. This may be more of a rant to the other foolish parents that are there. I watch my own kids playing, I don't have time, nor should I have to politely ask other children not to do something I'd rather my own children not mimic. These other kids holler, scream, yell, and hit other children. Most people would say well, that's just kids being kids. To a point, I understand that, but I'm not talking about a little noise. I'm talking a limb chopped off blood curdling scream. Rather than go get the child and address the problem, the parents want to scream or holler at the kids from where they're sitting. Come on! Really? I wish an employee would be around more often when it's busy to address some of these issues. It seems to be taken with a little more patience from a parent when it comes from the place of business than a complete stranger.”

“Doubtful you will find friendlier staff than those of Cabin Coffee. We frequent four locations in Iowa and Minnesota. They all employ great people! We stick mostly with lattes both hot and cold, they are just as good as Starbucks but different in flavor. My favorite is the tall cinnamon latte with four shots, the wife likes the tall vanilla iced latte. A very popular gathering place. Do stop in if you see one.”

“Dad and I love coming here for breakfast, it’s cute and cozy little cafe and the food is good! Try the Mexican omelette! Takes awhile sometimes, so not good if you’re in a hurry, but I’d have to say the food is worth the wait! Friendly servers as well & you can’t beat the prices.”
