Great selection of German beers, some hard to find varieties. Beautiful rooms with cool decor and old German beer hall tables. Pretzels available for sale and free popcorn. “Iowa charm. Old time exterior and interior does take you back. A little run down. Seated ourselves and menus were delivered promptly. Played a $1 game of pool with the kids while we waited for the food to come out (took about 15 minutes). Frozen pizza had a good cook with crispy crust. Wife's fish sandwich was good with great fries. Order of potato barrels were ok. My chicken Philly was a good portion and well cooked. Food was ok, decor made me a bit uncomfortable. All tolled, $41 for a vacation family meal was a good deal.”

“We are from a few hours out of town but come this way for fishing every year. While it has ALWAYS been an excellent experience at this Casey’s, our experience this weekend was phenomenal. We had to make several trips to this particular Casey’s this year and each time Angela (I believe was her name) was as helpful, friendly, and attentive. The subs were excellent, made with nothing less than great conversation and willingness to help, unlike our local Casey’s location. This location AND Angela deserve nothing less than five stars.
