“Grubhub did not make sure our order was complete. It takes a few seconds to look and see when you have 2 gallons of coffee to make sure that cups, creamer and sugar is also included in the order. Anyways, I called this location back after we received our order and they quickly delivered the rest of the order. I don’t know who’s mistake this really was but I was much more impressed with how it was handled regardless. This is going above and beyond and you were absolutely appreciated for your effort. “Great Theater and Staff! I can agree with past reviews, being the first time to this theater navigating the concessions without the help from the staff is challenging. After asking the staff it was much easier to navigate. Ended up going to a late night movie and agree that the popcorn consisted of more hulls and broken chaff. Just chalked this up to going to a late night movie. Overall it was still a great experience! and would recommend this theater as it was very clean and well kept!”

“Wonderful lunch experience. It was lunchtime and they were very busy. A lot if times employees will get flustered and make mistakes during a rush. Every employee I saw today was composed and working diligently. My 3-year-old was losing his mind and instead of eyerolls, gentleman working hard making food gave him a cookie for his patience. I would highly recommend this location for a calm ambience dueing a busy lunch hour and fabulous food.”

“Excellent service as long as you have plenty of time to eat. They warn you ahead of time that the deep dish takes about 45 minutes to cook. The pizza was amazing! It does get expensive if you are feeding a large family but perfect for date night! We will be back again!”

“This is a great place to pick up a sandwich and a soft drink, or maybe a bowl of soup or a salad. Let's call it a light lunch. It's definitely not "fast food" in the classical sense, or maybe it is...fast food for grownups. Go a little early; it can get busy around noon. It's a popular place with young business types. And by the way, everything is reasonable priced--ten bucks or less.”

“Got greeted and seated right away, waitress was extremely friendly, ordered small medium buffalo boneless wings with onion rings, wife had the burger special with fries. Received our food in a timely fashion, wings were good, burger was an ordinary cheeseburger. Had some great Southwest sauce that kicked up the fries and onion rings. Definitely go back”

“Came in tonight with my family and they had forgotten my mushrooms on my sandwich. I let the lady know and she apologized and asked me if I wanted her to remake it, I said no it’s okay I was too hungry to wait for another. Few minutes later Sadie came up and refunded me my money, I told her no I was okay it was not a big deal and she said to take the refund since it was a mess up and apologized again. Now that is great customer service!!! We love firehouse and come all the way from Waukee just to eat here! Very happy with tonight’s visit. Thank you guys!”

“Very good burgers and fries! However, a bit disappointed in customer service. I placed an order for two burgers and fries online, intending to schedule for pick-up after work. However, immediately after placing order, I noticed in the confirmation email that I had placed it for 'now', rather than an hour or so later. Completely my oversight. I called the store immediately and was informed that the order was already started and there was nothing that could be done to delay the order. Disappointed that I had to leave work early--HA HA!. Disappointed that staff offered no options. My advice... be careful when ordering online! Apparently the online 'place order' button is connected directly to the grill.”

“I don't know where to start but if you like Indian food this place is as good as it gets! I'm not sure you could go wrong with anything on the menu. I ordered off the menu and my wife and little girl went up to the buffet and even the buffet food was edible. I would definitely try anything on that menu with lamb in it. Everybody in there was very friendly and we will definitely be back.”
