Blue Sushi Sake Grill

This place is incredible! It’s our new favorite restaurant. Server was polite and knowledgeable, they served cucumber water right off the bat, the food came out timely and was AMAZING!!!! The desert was large and delicious. They even had a vast amount of vegetarian and vegan dishes which was a welcome surprise. Also the have the coolest Godzilla painting.

A vast array of sushi available here, and the rolls I ordered were delightful. Being vegan, my rolls were all from that menu and what a choice I had! Not often am I spoilt for choice, but in this case I was. I cannot stress enough how nice it is to eat somewhere that offers so many vegan varieties (also plenty of traditional sushi as well).
Child friendly, the attentive staff helped with a high chair and even brought out fruit just for our child. The staff are another reason I will be revisiting, professional and classy, the owner should be proud.
Decor is interesting also, always something to look at around the place and you are in the heart of downtown.

No excuses, one must try this place immediately.

Cannot say enough good things about this place! Truly a great spot for an adventurous eater and tons of great quality rolls. Really impressed with their vegan roll selections. We got the mango crab rangoons, which were absolutely fantastic and the cowgirl roll(vegan) and the lion king roll- all of which were delicious with beautiful presentation.
Love that they are transparent about where they source all their seafood and their conservation efforts. Awesome spot. Great, helpful staff too. And a fair price point considering such high quality.
I will definitely be returning!!!

This is a newer place on Court Ave. My first impressions is that this place is big!!! Lots of room for patrons. I also like the more modern decor.
The waitstaff is great. Our server was very helpful explaining the extensive menu options.
There are three choices of seating. You can sit at the Bar, table-side, or on chairs at the counter so you can watch the chefs at work.
The service was fast and friendly and the Sushi was fantastic!!!
I would definitely recommend checking this place out!!

My experience at Blue was incredible!!! I was welcomed immediately upon entering and seated quickly. Our server was polite and very attentive, the managers stopped by and asked about our experience which was very thoughtful. The food was AMAZING!!! It was a very fun atmosphere with great service and even better food. My family and I will definitely be coming in again, I can’t wait to tell everyone about what a good spot this is.
