“The oldest location in the metro...possibly one of the first ten stores in the chain...may explain why this store is always run like an experienced well-oiled machine. From the fresh pressing of your tortilla to payment, everything movies quickly, simply, and smoothly, and results in a delicious fresh tasting burrito. Good quality ingredients, but it's that freshly made tortilla that really sends it over the edge. I tried the limited time Pork Belly offering on my most recent trip and all I can say is it needs to become a permanent menu option.”

A female(blond hair) approached and took my order while the other male employee(glasses) proceeded to work on them. “We went with a large party. I know that can be harder, but the party had called in, so they knew in advance. The server assigned to us was very strange... barely made eye contact with anyone, never smiled and was difficult to hear - all of this we probably wouldn't have complained about, except...he also didn't do well taking care of the party. We had people who waited 20 minutes to be able to even order alcohol. When some of our party arrived later, he didn't get their drink order or food order until someone in our group went and physically got him back in. We all ran out of drinks and he never refilled any. The restaurant lost out on drink orders for sure. The food was okay. I ordered the steak fajitas and they were good. The salsa was a weird texture, it obviously had some type of sauce as the base instead of tomato sauce and I personally didn't like it. Some people thought it was okay. Overall, I'd probably go again and hope to get a different server.”

Not precooked. Burgers are excellent but we were unhappy with the cheese curds. They tasted great, but package was only 1/2 full. Great grilled chicken sandwich! Maybe skip half or all of the bun, but the grilled chicken tasted fresh and delicious. No extra caloric sauce. Just lettuce, tomatoes, and pickles.”

“I have been to this Pizza Ranch more than a few times. Including this past week. We hosted my son's birthday party here one year too. My only complaint is making sure to tend to the salad bar. Always have it stocked and cleaned up a bit. Other than that it has great food and great service.”
