“Had the lunch buffet, super quick bite for lunch, about $12 so if you just get one plate it's a little pricey but if you're making a few trips it's definitely a value. Everything in the selection was decently tasty if not as spicy as most Indian food you'd find in a bigger city with a larger population who appreciates a good amount of spice. Would definitely pop in again if I wanted a quick lunch downtown and was in the mood for something a little more exotic than a sandwich or bar food.”

“This is the go-to grocery in downtown. The prices really aren't that unreasonable for not being a supermarket and the service is good. A bit dirty however but not bad. Because there aren't any other grocery stores in the area, of course, poor people also go there but so what. They have a little of everything and that is very useful. “We have been here several times now. I waited to comment until then because our first visit was not completely great. We made reservations while we were guests at the hotel, for Sunday brunch. They lost our reservation. And then forgot about us while we waited 45 minutes for them to find us a table. Then we kept getting informed that they were doing special stuff for us "since we were late" for our reservation. In the end our waitress was wonderful... helpful and attentive and managed to snag me a piece of cheesecake when it was all gone from the brunch buffet. The food is quite exceptional. I recommend you try a little of literally everything. My personal favorites: the cinnamon roll they deliver to your table (my partner and I recommend you save some of the frosting to put on top of your French toast. Pro tip!!!) The home fried potatoes, fresh fruit, and the desserts are to die for. The ambience is very nice, casual enough if you want to go that route and sit at the bar for their bloody Mary or mimosa, but definitely fancy enough for us that we enjoy getting all dressed up for it every time. The jazz band is great and we truly appreciate that with each visit. I've never dined for anything other than brunch so you might have to check out other reviews for more info but the brunch is a must-experience!”

“I went here on a Friday night for dinner, and it was a good thing we had a reservation. I had the salmon with sweet potatoes and asparagus, and my friend had the steak with a pesto (like) sauce. I thought my dish was absolutely delicious! The salmon was a little dry, but was balanced well with the sweet potatoes, sauce, and my wine. The location is great if you're looking to go out in Davenport after.”
