Tanner's Bar & Grill

This has been a 5 star experience for the past month. Our regular Tanner's was not open, so we ventured to a Tanner's location offering carry out. We had superb service, fantastic food, and we came back again and again.... every Friday for the steak special.

Then tonight happened. They are no longer offering the special, stating it's only for dine in customers. Well...... hello dine in is a limited engagement with the social distancing requirements, and not all of our community is safely able to partake at this time, due to health risks.

FAIL.....FAIL....FAIL.... by stopping serving the guests that cannot partake in public dining yet, you have poo poo'd on the public that has been supporting you the last several weeks.

Best spot in KC, no question. Whether you want to catch a game, stop by for happy hour or just come in for dinner, this Tanners will never disappoint. If you drop by without the kiddos try sitting at the bar.. the banter between the bartenders and regulars can be very entertaining ????

Chicken lips are some of the best chicken strips around. There are always drink specials and tons of TV's all showing different games. Staff is friendly and it is a refreshingly blue collar sports bar in a very white collar area.

Good food, hot wing sandwich was spicy and fries were very good. Tons of TVs. Good atmosphere. Service was slow. I would say it was because of the large crowd but we saw our waitress hanging out chatting with co-workers both when we needed to place our order then to pay the check. If you're patient it's a good spot to eat and watch sports.

Service was great as usual! I met the manager when he checked to see if my food was satisfactory. All the staff smiled and made me feel at home.
