“For some, the food isn’t authentic enough; for myself and many others, it is perfect. The atmosphere is laid-back and cozy; perfect for large groups or solo eating. The service is speedy and kind; hard working women serving up big portions and fresh food! My go to will always be the beef phō for it’s warmth and portion sizing. Menu items are more of the healthful type but old favorites are still available. Seating was comfortable and service, even at peak times is still good but not great. Employee didn't know the basics for making a signature latte, and when asked to correct the order the employee became argumentative. The location was not busy, and the request was not out of line. However, I will still frequent the location so long as a specific employee is not on shift. The star rating is likely improve after the next good experience or if management decides to address the issue stated in the rating.”

“Nordstrom Cafe consistently delivers much more than I'd expect from a department store restaurant. We go here very often, and we were always very pleased with our meals. The food is delicious and the portions are great. The service is also great. I also like how comfortable the seating is. We usually get tiramisu but we didn't this time. We regretted it. It's a fully accessible restaurant, restrooms are those located within the store. They are not gender neutral. They are mostly accessible.”
