We waited quite some time for our order to be taken. They brought us the wrong order....twice. I ordered kale salad and a burger and fries. Food was ok. I expected more. Someone at the next table went to look for the server so we could pay. He also wrote a review that wasn't very favorable. The manager finally came out and was very apologetic. A large group showed up that they were not expecting and it set them back. Credit card machine was down so not sure why it took so long to process. Lunch ended up being free! Then we stood waiting on the valet for several minutes. Was it worth it? No”

From the initial contact at the door to the eventual table meet by the GM I was happy I was there. Our server Rob presented an incredible dining experience from start to finish. When you love where you came from and your parents it’s so nice to have a partner working for you to accomplish the goal of a genuine extravagant experience because the memories are golden. This was the very best meal I have ever shared with my family over all these years. Rob and staff made this happen and the food was unbelievable. We asked for his guidance in choices and he delivered. This brought us closer together and when you live so far apart that means everything. Please take your parents to a nice dinner at 801 Chophouse and request Rob and let him take care of you. My mom actually said it was the best meal of her life and that’s exactly what I was aiming for.”

It was a daytime event, so we had no wait times and very little competition for the staffs' attention. Food was quick and came in large portions.
