“Good old school Mexican-American restaurant. It's in the Barrio and most of the patrons speak Spanish. Nothing very adventurous or trendy on the menu, the standard enchilada, taco, tostada combo meals but done well. The rice is great, with carrots corn and peas like your abuela used to make. The beans are a little bland and on the watery side, but that is so common it's hardly worth noting. The hot salsa has the roasted jalapenos for that back of the throat bite like the hot sauce at Connie's. An okay place for vegetarians, there is a section on the menu with three different veggie combos. A little tougher for vegans to eat here, I guess they could live on the rice, beans, guacamole, chips and salsa. The service here is excellent: my chips, salsa and beverage got refilled every time they got about half empty. Very attentive and polite. The decor is left over from the previous tenants, which is a good thing. The murals are still on the wall but they no longer serve that awesome tacos al pastor that the old owners used to make.”

“The wait to be seated was a bit long, as was the wait for our food, but our server was pleasant and eager to make our dinner an enjoyable experience, and the food was wonderful and very reasonably priced! I had the Italian salad (amazing) and fettuccine Alfredo and garlic bread, and ate every morsel. I would go back again! Might be worth it to see if they take reservations to cut down on the wait. The waiting area is comfortable and fit our group of 5 and other guests, and we all enjoyed our meals!”

The taco bar although simple was amazing, the variety of sauces are out of this world. The value was great the food truck theme with industrial decor make it a hip spot to have some lunch. “We tried the new Una Mas location at 13th and Tyler. I had the fish taco lunch special which came with a drink and a side: I chose chips and salsa. The tacos were great with cabbage, pico, sour cream and fried fish. There chips were crunchy with just the right amount of salt. The salsa that came from the kitchen was very flavorful and they also had three other salsa options available at the drink stand. We will definitely go back!”

“We absolutely love going here as a group. It's an all you can eat sushi restaurant. They have a menu where you select your apps and rolls and they bring it out to you! You can mark up as many menus as you want. They have tons of options, appetizers and many more. One of my favorites to get is the crab dragon and then the lucky roll! “Probably one of my favorite Domino’s! I’ve lived on 21st and Amidon for almost 3 years so whenever I want pizza, I always order from here. Each time my order is right. They’re also really fast (I do live down the street but with the pizza tracker on the app, I see their progress with my food; and they’re FAST). Can’t say much about the quality since it’s a chain but every time my food has been delicious, so no complaints. I’ve always had great experiences with the drivers too. My boyfriend usually picks it up if we do carryout, and he said he has a good experience; nothing ever horrible. Love this location!”
