“I love their food but the staff can be a little friendlier. They rarely greet you with a smile. And they never answer their phone. I called them as soon as I got home with my food to let them know that the drink that came with my food was nothing but carbonated water. And no one never answered my call. I really wished that you could contact them without having to drive all the way back to complain especially when you're on your way to work and driving back isn't an option. Hope there is something your company can do to help me and others with speaking with someone other than repeatedly being hung up on.”

“By far, my favorite coffee shop! Located right by WSU, this little shop is a work oasis with comfy couches and lots of table space. I'm not exaggerating when I say the caramel latte with soy milk is the BEST latte I've ever had! I sadly can't bring myself to try anything else because it is so good. I also really like their salads. It would be awesome if they could do a lunch combo: half salad, soup, or sandwich”

“Good food, but confused, poor service. I placed a curbside order (only two items) 90 minutes in advance. Upon arrival, there were no signs for curbside pickup, but I parked near the main entrance. No one showed up and then the Taco John’s app gave me a notice for checking in and said they’ll bring my order out to my car. 10 minutes went by and no one came out. I drove around the building to make sure I didn’t miss a place for curbside orders. There wasn’t one, so I went inside. I asked the clerk about the curbside order that was “ready” 15 minutes ago. She looked confused at first and then was like, “oh the online order.” She couldn’t find it at first, but eventually did. She didn’t ask for my name or anything. Maybe they don’t get many curbside orders because they had no clue what was going on. Maybe the app is partly to blame, but still, the service that I encountered here was very short and not very friendly. I rarely eat out while traveling and due to my experience here, I’m not sure I would come back. The whole point of placing a curbside order was to limit interaction with other people and touching doors, etc.”

“Forget Hog Wild! ( words I thought I’d never say!) husband got the 2 meat dinner with 2 sides- finished about half and is saving the rest for later. Said the potato salad is amazing. I got the turkey sandwich and coleslaw. Was pleasantly surprised with the amount of meat on the sandwich! The coleslaw had a nice bite to it, so if you’re not a fan of spicy food- don’t get the coleslaw. Owner is super nice and has officially become a friend of the family after just one visit!”
