“Great food, cheap drinks, friendly people. A hidden gem. I'm not a karaoke fan, but the pictures of their food lead me in and did not disappoint. I had the chicken fried steak special. Everything was freshly made and delicious. Real mashed potatoes, homemade gravy and a hand battered steak with fresh green beans sauteed in a delicious sauce. My friends got the burger, steak fries, and pork tenderloin. All of the meals were delicious. Karaoke starts at 9 most nights and at 5 Fri through Sun. The grey hairs show up early to reserve their seats and it is pretty entertaining to watch. It seems like a very friendly locals spot.”

“We had a great time at Silvia's. We went on a Tuesday, when the gorditas are on special for $1 each. We ordered an assortment of 6 types of meat, with corn masa gorditas. We enjoyed them. They had a salsa for chips and two other salsas in squirt bottles which added just enough heat to make me sweat a little (perfect). We also ordered a regular order of guacamole, which was freshly made and was the star of the meal. It was obvious that the guac was made from a fresh cut avocado with some pico and cilantro added. Delicious! We had to order a second one, we should've ordered the large to begin with. They have a nice selection of drinks with my choice being an orange Jarrito. The bill was only $13 and change. Awesome value. Will definitely go back again and I highly recommend you order the fresh made guac.”

“Yes. Yes. Yes. First off, their salsa Verde is literally the BEST I've ever had. I crave it! So good, if you like the more sour verde's - this is it. I love that they have a salsa bar; with all sorts of salsas, peppers/chilis, radish, lime...every single thing you could ever need. The menu is quite extensive and I will definitely have to try more. I work close, so I usually hit this place for breakfast - some of the best chorizo con huevos (chorizo & eggs) around. It's my favorite so far. The beans, those are super delicious as well. The staff is super nice every time I've been in. It's right off Broadway, but easy to miss because it sits back off the street a bit to allow for their parking lot. Just look for the sign! Go here and try some delicious food from super great people! And the salsa! Also it's beautiful inside with a ton of seating.”

“There's a great (and too long for this review) story behind how I accidentally wound up here, but I sure am grateful to the food gods that I did. Cheli is a super nice human being, and having a shop in Wichita that is this specialized is rare. They usually don't last, but he's been here for almost a decade, so that should tell you something. It's Mexican. It's Mexican seafood. It's *regional* Mexican seafood. While I've never been to that specific region on the mainland, I've been to nearby Baja. Without doing a bunch of research, but based on experience watching coastal cuisines for 30+ years, I'll vouch for its authenticity. The shrimp ceviche was fresh, bright, flavorful, and with generous portions. Just lovely overall. I will definitely be back to try the whole roasted fish! (Sorry, I've misplaced my photos, so I'll add them here after I return for the fish.)”

“This was my first go to mexican food truck in Wichita and it is still one of my favorite spots in Wichita because it's so good! I can't knock one thing about it, every meal that comes out of this bus is immaculate. I'm a torta kind of man myself and they do a really good job at making it the best torta you'll ever taste. I wish their salsa was a little thicker instead if watery but it taste great. Please stop by and treat yourself, you wont regret it. ????”

“I went to Mi Lindo Michoacan Mexican Restaurant and just check out the photo of the Papas Campechanas - its French fries with shredded cheese, sour cream, guacamole, queso fresco and we chose Carne Asado for the meat. Oh my that was sooo good! The carnitas we got had a great mix of different pieces of mouth watering pork. Like authentic Mexican carnitas do. I ordered beans, guacamole and sour cream on the side and at each table they bring out a little serving trio one bowl with limes, one with onions and one with cilantro and onions mixed. They also have three different salsas to put even more flavor on your included a green one that had the cilantro flavor. It was very good and I know we will be back. The staff was also very friendly.”
