“Normally I come to this taco Bell and expect long waits poor customer service and more, today I was greeted by a gentleman I only know as Mike the front counter crew member who greeted me with a smile mixed with prompt service he was checking in on our orders regularly making sure they were getting taken care of he also treated the elderly lady behind me with exceptional patience touche I'm not sold on the whole crew but Mike sure did show genuine compassion. “This is an amazing place! It is a great place in the Argentine area for kids to go. It has several game tables pool air hockey and foosball. They also have snack foods. I went and played a board game with my youngest son and the staff was so nice a friendly. This place was create by students who saw a problem and solved it with the snack shack. If you have a chance to go just to play some games with your kid do it.”

“So, I used the app to place my order and to pay ahead so that I wouldn't have to wait. At first they said that I hadn't placed an order. Then they asked me to pay for it. When I showed them my phone with the proof of the order, they checked again and said that they just got my order and that they'd make it now. I waited for 25 minutes after the app said it would be ready. My food was fine, except the they didn't have the kind of cookie that I had ordered.”

I called this location to confirm and the gentleman who answered the phone was very kind and stated that an address less than a mile from me was in the zone so he would ensure they delivered to me. This was such a kind gesture as he could have just said I was out of luck and would have to carry out. I appreciated this as it felt like he went above and beyond because sure I could have driven to pick it up but the added convenience that was provided did not go unnoticed. My order arrived in a timely manner, was fresh and was correct! Will definitely be returning.”

“I'm impressed. The staff at this location are working diligently and being thorough with safety. All of the staff had masks and gloves; a far cry from what I've seen at other food places. Even in these trying times, the staff at the Rainbow location provided perfect service. They were professional yet cultivated a welcoming atmosphere that reminded me of burger joints from when I was a kid. The food itself was spot on. Satisfying, yet not so greasy that I'd regret touching it. I'd expected good food from 5 Guys, though. I didn't expect such patient, personable, and active staff.
