“Great service, amazing authentic Japanese food! They have the best Japanese ramen in town - the noodle, broth, and pork taste amazing. Will definitely recommend! It's a fun Japanese themed ambiance as well!”

“Got a strawberry and chocolate donut with a half cheese and beef Korean corn dog, donuts were good but the fruity pebbles were somewhat stale. The corn dog was okay, when it got to the beef part it was really doughy, could only taste the dough, but overall it was alright.”

“Great vibe in the Streatery, and these wings are NOT to be missed! The perfect intersection between melt off the bone and stick to ya, smoke and sweet and saucy, everything you're looking for in a wing without taking anything too far to the extreme. They nailed it. They looked so good I didn't even remember to stop for a picture... and they tasted as good as they looked. Jerk and sweet Thai chili are hands down the best wings I've had in the Ville. P.S. grab a milk tea while you're here to balance that heat! What a good combo.”

“First time going in- was super surprised how it looked. Tried the Vegan carrot hot dog and crispy fries with curry ketchup dip, presentation was appealing but cheese sauce way too spicy for me and overpowered the marinated carrot. Also tried cauliflower buffalo dip and chips which was Delish! Can't wait to go back for bowling and some of their coffee cocktails.”

“I wish we had City Barbeque where I lived I would drive an hour for this food. The service was great the restaurant was clean and well maintained. The food was delicious. Like everything. Everything we ate was cooked well, seasoned well, and hot and fresh. This fast casual restaurant was well worth the money and is a do not miss!”

“My boyfriend and I just recently discovered this place (a little over a week ago) and for once I’m definitely not mad we have spent so much time at a casino. This one has kept him and I on a winning streak since day 1. It’s a really nice casino… only complaint I’d have is they have a lot of the same games throughout. No older spinners. Which we love. So that’s a bummer but other than that the place is PERFECT. It definitely pays to come here. And the hotel rooms are amazing and definitely worth the $150-$265 you’d spend on a king suite, Top floor😁(these are weekend rates… not sure of pricing during the week but probably cheaper like other hotels)”

“Past the whirling lights, and dinging bells of the slots in Derby City, lies Oliver's Chop house. A smallish place with dim lights and a wooden barn theme, the quieter setting was a welcome oasis. We had a larger group so tried lots of different dishes. Everyone seemed pretty pleased with dinner and the service staff was very attentive. I had the prime NY strip and it was delicious. Fall apart tender meat, and tasty sides. The only downfall is the price, this place is expensive. We had a group of 6, which garnered a 20% tip. And while I would have paid it because of the great service, its hard when they force it. All in all, kit was a good experience. Not sure I would go back, but glad I tried it.”

“Wish this place was still open cause then I won't have to walk very far to get some good home cooked food that isn't very pricey!!”

“Stopped by for Saturday brunch with a friend. The space is decorated very well, super cute aesthetic! Our server was slower than I would have liked, but he seemed to be the only server working with many tables to tend to. We each got a Watermelon feta Bloody Mary, and split 3 items. The bloodys were sweet, so I ended up adding a little hot sauce and it was perfect! We both loved the Blooming Cabbage more than we expected to, and the quiche plate was perfect for splitting! The flapjacks weren't my favorite, but the strawberry preserves and cream made up for it! I would definitely return, but do hope they have more staffing for a weekend brunch.”

“We were seated upstairs on the outdoor balcony and it is so beautiful. The atmosphere inside was super cozy, and it smelled like seafood when you walked in. I was definitely taken aback by the decor and the beautiful green staircase! For an appetizer we ordered the hush puppies. They were phenomenal. The honey, barbecue dipping sauce reminded me of Grifos chips. We also got a seafood dip, and it was really good. The special last night was a pork tenderloin with peas and potatoes and that was ordered as well as the seafood fettuccine. Our food was great! I cannot wait to go back.”

“Was headed to Kentucky and wanted to make sure I stopped by here. At first we thought we were in the wrong neighborhood as it appeared partly sketchy as it would somewhat back home in Memphis where I am from. Don’t be alarmed tho. I opened the door, walked in, and saw the nice interior and all those beautiful Diamond Tables, and i was most impressed. Talked to Matt, one of the owners and he got me set up on a table. Had some brews/appetizers and shot for couple of hours. During the day on a week day it is slow and had nobody to play, but that was ok. Still had a great time. $7/hr for 1 person and $12/hr for 2 people on a table. I wish they were closer to me. If ever in Louisville Kentucky area, stop in and shoot a few racks! Lots of 9 foot and 7 foot tables and all well kept!”

“I wasn’t expecting much from my first visit, but all of our dishes here was really quite fantastic (and we sampled a bit of everything). Flavors were more adventurous and refined compared to traditional Korean BBQ and it’s typical associated side dishes (but perhaps less variety?). Our waiter was fantastic and attentive without being intrusive. Can’t wait to return and sample what we couldn’t get to! My only comment of concern is that the main dining space (at the entry) is quite noisy and it’s difficult to have a conversation - when we moved to a bbq booth it was much better acoustically.”

“Amazing food! Being a fan of their other location I had to get to their new location quick. Of course their food knocked my socks off. They have some fun new menu options they don’t have at their other location. We got the wings, pickle dip, hot chicken Sammie and everything was perfect. Go now, run, don’t walk!”

“The food was delicious! I got the pan seared barramundi ($26). I learned from my server, this is fish. It was crispy on the outside and perfectly cooked inside. It was served with green beans and a yummy creamy sauce with a touch of spice. There is definitely more on the menu I want to try! I also got a bottle of Rose since the wine was 1/2 price on Wednesdays. Thea restaurant is small but does offer outside seating as well.”

“My friend and I dined at Nostalgic the week they opened. We grew up together and had not seen one another in years. Nostalgic was the perfect place for our dinner! We had such a great meal and enjoyed the service and atmosphere very much. We both had the Bibb salad and petite steak. We shared Brussel sprouts and the fondant sweet potato sides- AMAZING! We left stuffed! I’ve been back with my husband and we had an equally great experience. I have another reservation with friends coming up that I very much look forward to. Definitely recommend!”

“Great new find! Found this restaurant on google maps recommendations around me. This was a 10 out of 10 dinner experience. 3-4 adults can easily have dinner with this platter. Highly recommended! Be careful of that pepper if you are not into spicy. I had to drink some yogurt after eating some of it 😅🥵🔥. Will come back for sure soon.”
