There was a young man at the front desk that wore glasses he was very patient and accommodating despite the stress of the pandemic and hurricane laura and the demands they each placed on he and the hotel. It wasn't as clean as I would like but it was nice. His customer service and interpersonal skills and the lack of availability elsewhere made me stay. After a little time I figured it wasnt that bad! A good hot shower and comfortable beds it was OK! I have stayed here before”

“This was our first trip to Vaqueros, but there will be future trips. The decor for this place is fascinating. It's extremely colorful, and there's a large stuffed animal head on the wall. It's some type of cattle, type unknown, but it's name is "Burro" (I asked.) The staff is crazy friendly, and we were treated fabulously. When it came to the food, I got the fajitas, and my husband ordered the chimichanga plate along with a cheese and onion enchilada. My food was fabulous. My plate came with charro beans, and they were some of the best I've ever had. The chimichangas were good, but be aware they're not fried like most places. The enchilada was gross. I'm not sure why it's on the menu. Don't be dismayed by the enchilada, the rest of everything was excellent.”

“So today was my first time trying Lit Pizza. I went to the Zachary, La location. I placed my order very easily and conveniently online. Once there to pick up my order, which by the way was lunch hour (12:00), and they all were beyond busy, they greeted me and made me feel as though I was a regular/often customer that comes there. I had a slight error in my order but it was absolutely no biggie at all!!!! They instantly offered to remake my pizza but I refused due to it once again being no biggie. That pizza was spectacular!! Thanks to the error, I now will start adding that ingredient to my future orders. They have most definitely gained another customer!!!”
