“It's approximately 5:30 on 7/09. I just came through the drive thru. The lady working appeared to be all the front jobs by herself. Even alone, we didn't have a long wait and all the food was fresh. She made sure everything we needed (napkins, sporks, etc.) was in the bag already. Even though she was doing the work of multiple employees, she had the best attitude and usual average wait times. I didn't think to ask her name, but she should be recognized.”

“Everyone has their own idea of what good food is. Several months ago I got a chicken sandwich from the Burger King on Juban. It was very good. Twice now I have retuned to get the same thing. Each of the last two times the chicken was very dried out as though it had been under the heat lamp for hours. The onion rings were no better this time. It was a drive through order and we ate in the parking lot. We should have driven back around and complained. I won’t be eating at this restaurant again.”

They work non-stop and do their best to treat customers with respect. I love it there. The communication between the staff is amazing and the flow in the kitchen is smooth. Also, the fact that you can watch them cool as you eat is relaxing and fun to watch. “Yesterday was my first time getting food here. My mom and I fell in love with it. The food is DELICIOUS, the service is excellent and they are so friendly. We loved it so much that we had it for lunch and dinner today!! The chicken salad is by far the best I have eaten. The pesto turkey sandwich is one of the best I have had. The food may seem pricey but it is a nice size portion, top quality, fresh, and healthy. This is definitely my new spot. I highly recommend it. Don’t forget to get a flower cookie. YUM.”

“This newly opened Piccadilly is going to do great here! The interior decor and design has a subtle 1950's - 1960's vibe to it. All the food here is made fresh, in-house everyday. The cowboy double-bone pork chop was seasoned and cooked to perfection. It was so tender I didn't even use my knife on it. A fork is all I needed. Side items are a bit overly salty for my taste. The carrot souffle is a must-try! You can almost consider it a dessert! I finished off my meal with a slice of apple pie which was almost good enough to be considered homemade. I couldn't help but notice they have a breakfast buffet from about 7:30am - 10am each morning. I will definitely give that a try soon and write an addendum to this review.”

“My experience was not the greatest at first but got better. The place was extremely busy and had lots of people in line. The food was good once we got it and the ice cream took me back to childhood and getting ice cream from dairy queen as a kid. I gave 5 stars because I cant hold them being busy necessarily against them and the staff did a good job under the circumstances. The biggest thing that made me want to give 5 stars is I was able to talk to the manager when I went to the counter to check on our order and he genuinely seemed to care, apologized for the wait and brought our order to us personally.”

“Cozy atmosphere, great service, good food! I was initially seated right next to the bar area that smelled musty, but my server was very kind and sensitive to my concern. I was brought to another room which (perhaps unintentionally) was perfect for me. It was quiet, well-lit, and away from the bar area. Nothing about the food was impressive, but it is certainly quality cooking that's worth the money. The food came out hot, fresh, and fast. The Big Mike burger with sweet potato fries. It's a whopping half-pound of beef cooked to order (I chose medium-well because the chefs err on the side of medium, which I'd also accept) with two kinds of cheese, bacon, and mushrooms, on top of everything you'd normally expect in a burger: lettuce, red onion, pickle, tomato, mustard, mayo. Ketchup on the side if you want that too. The sweet potato fries were prepared well - not greasy at all, the right amount of crunch, rich in flavor, and lightly salted. The burger, which had drawn me in with it's long list of toppings I enjoy, did end up being too much for me. It came out medium (I know medium-well is hard to pull off, so it's okay), and the toppings stayed between the buns surprisingly well considering how stacked it was. So here's my personal experience with the burger that ultimately doesn't affect my review score, but can be helpful advice for others: I should have had a simpler burger, but I don't regret the choice. The beef, cheese, and mushrooms were easily the best part of it, and I would have taken those with just pickles and condiments if I had a second chance. The lettuce and onion added extra crunch I didn't fully jive with, and the tomato added extra bulk and water that unnecessarily competed with the beef's thick juiciness. In other words, it seems I truly wanted a mushroom and swiss burger instead. That's nothing to fault the restaurant for. My only complaint would be that I wasn't told beforehand that swapping my fries for sweet potato fries would be $2 extra. I was surprised by the bill, and that's never a good time for me or my server. I didn't make a big fuss about it. I'm normally hitting up buffet-style restaurants, so maybe it's normal for that to happen and I'm just the greenhorn of the situation. I was just passing through with a hankering for a burger and sweet potato fries, so I might not be back, but it's a comfortable local place for great food at a good price. I'd recommend this little hole in the wall over something like Chili's or Applebees any day. Get yourselves some good local food y'all; it's a worthwhile upgrade from the crowds and the lackluster service at your typical national sports bar & grill chains.”

“I love IHOP!! I had the ham and cheese omelette which includes onions and hash browns in it. For the side you can pick either 3 buttermilk pancakes or hash browns. I got both of the sides and added cheese to my hash browns. The pancakes were awesome as always and the hash browns were just right. They weren’t burnt but brown enough to stay together. My mother had the cheeseburger omelette as always. If you have never tried the cheeseburger omelette... go NOW and get it!! Lol ?”
