“The beef pho tastes very nice. The place itself is casual and the service good. There's parking right around the area on Magazine St. They also have outside tables on their deck to eat outside.”

“Interesting local grocery store. They had a garlic flavored tobasco I hadnt sees probably because its debut-ing here in Nawlins. Anyway the panola pepper is never hot but purchased some anyway as it was on the shelf. Anyway I ordered a catish platter by the deli and they sell big easy kombucha. They also have some meats they cook and keep warm under heat lamp. Not bad for a local store”

“You don’t expect such a nice area to eat when you enter the small building and order your food! The outside area is really nice with the picnic tables. They turn on the lights on at night, which make the atmosphere so cozy! The food is really good and worth the prices! I had the fish and the pork tacos! Both are delicious in their own ways! I love the tortilla they use for the tacos since it is uniquely different from other taco places. Their chips and salsa are a little spicy but nothing a normal person can’t handle! Definitely give this place a chance if you haven’t before.”

“Went for happy hour, pretty good deals. $4 draft beers 75¢ raw oysters. Service and atmosphere was top of the line. Also had some great live music. Oysters were lacking a little but still enjoyable, was expecting a little more. Will definitely be back again, hopefully with an update to 5 stars!”

“Good beer at a great price. The atmosphere was s fantastic and offers both indoor and outdoors seating. Be sure to enjoy Bruceter the rooster outside. He's friendly so don't worry about him. For the beer, the barrel aged are the best and do come in a flight. Order that for the best variety”

“A fabulous new addition to our great Magazine St eateries. I'm working my way through their menu and I'm loving everything, so far. Their homemade pita bread...bomb. Combo hummus plate with hard boiled eggs, Awesome. Everything is super fresh and sooo good!”

“A staple of the nice, casual dining around New Orleans. The food is excellent and the feel is homey. It's an easy drive and there is sufficient parking in the area. On nights with a wait, the space is accommodating and you can get drinks on your tab.”

“Excellent atmosphere and the food was just as good. We went on a Saturday, when they had brunch food. I make a really good biscuit and I'm telling you the Pork Benedict and the biscuit were top notch. The sandwich was just as good. Next time we visit, we want to go during the week, their menu sounds fabulous. It was a beautiful day out, so we elected to sit by the porch. Sarah, the manager, and John the Owner, you guys have done a wonderful job!”

“Such a great brunch! The bar manager/ bartender was super friendly and awesome. She even created a drink just on the spot for us. They offer bottomless and it’s totally worth it. They refill your glass so much lol. It’s worth it. The food is amazing I had the crawfish and over easy eggs. I can’t remember the name of it but it was delicious! Definitely give this place a try.”

“It is a good place to get to go. The burrito bowls are better then Chipotle IMHO. The sauces are also good once you can sit down and try them. Anyway I do recommend”

“Superb tasting Thai food! They cover and accommodate a lot of dietary restrictions such as vegan or gluten free. Best Thai I’ve had in Nola, highly recommend.”

“So happy I got to try Saffron Nola. Each dish had an abundant yet unique flavor. Food was served warm. The naan bread was super fresh and savory. The tandoori chicken with the pickled onions and the sauce was so delicious. Everything we ordered was full of flavor and really tasty. The restaurant is super clean. Service was good. They definitely get a 5 star rating.”

“La Boulangerie is a gorgeous french care and bakery with beautiful scratch made dishes. The service was great, the prices are great, the location is clean and there is an array of beautiful pastries and breads. I ordered a fruit tart, but it lacked an immense amount of sweetness. My friend ordered a croissant and was very pleased. I will return and do recommend others visit as well.”

“I'll never have a better restaurant experience. Obviously a family run place and I loved that whole vibe and the food was beyond amazing. The lady (sorry I didn't get your name) was so freaking sweet and helpful. It'd be a reason to move to NOLA. I have a personal vendetta against anyone who gave this place less than 5 stars.”

“Have walked past this place easily 50x. The inside is a pleasant surprise and the menu is expansive enough. The food was good but not great and a couple items were prepared a little different than requested (rare instead of medium well, sauce not on the side) Would eat here again but probably not first choice.”

“Hidden gem! The best Pho I’ve ever have in New Orleans. Super friendly server who explained everything we asked clearly!”

“Raw Republic has such a fresh, rotating selection of juices. I love how I can get something new and different every time I go in, as they introduce new juices and seasonal items regularly. Their made to order smoothies are thick, full of fresh ingredients and not watered down by any ice. I love the mood dream, levitation, and leaf and serene!!”

“AMAZING food but definitely very pricey! Still, if you’re prepared to pay a little more, it’s worth it. Flavorful sauces, everything perfectly seasoned ... Just all-around amazing food. Plus, the service is good and the restaurant is cozy / well decorated. Definitely would recommend.”

“So friendly, great pizza, great price. I don’t think I can give it any negative criticism. This place is a great family spot or great food for your next birthday or office party. I cannot count the number of times we’ve been, and have enjoyed every single one. Also highly recommended the Canal location, usually not slammed.”

“Such a great vibe! Quiet and clean. We had alot of mimosas and service was spectacular! The green chorizo dips is stuff dreams are made of. Ask for the fries tortillas to eat it with. They yummy by themselves too but the thickness holds up well to the dip.”

“This place has a dedicated Vegan/Vegetarian menu which made us to pick this restaurant in the first place. The ambience is a little laid back and calm. They have brick walls and some authentic art pieces on the wall. Our server was pretty sweet, very attentive and prompt. She knew the menu well and was able to guide and suggest some menu options. We ordered the Vegan Pineapple Fried Rice and Vegan Dirty Noodles (more like Drunken noodles). Flavor wise, both were very nice. Spice levels were perfect (we went with the Mild level). Quantity wise, the amount was decent too. A little pricey when compared to other places in New Orleans. We may come back here if we are in NOLA the next time, but this wont be our first choice.”

“Oh my gosh this food was so good. The place was small, but worth the wait. I was salivating before I even ordered. I literally got everything on the menu, and it was ALL good. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The place was bright and colourful without being too loud.”

“Wonderful restaurant with amazing vintage charm. Had a lunch reservation on a Friday for noon. Arrived an hour earlier and they were able to accommodate us. Wait staff was knowledgeable and friendly. We ordered a glass of champagne as well as a French 75, both drinks were between 12 and $17 with a beautiful presentation. We ordered a side of broccoli for seven dollars, the pork cheek raviolo for around 12 or 15, and the beef tartare which was also around 12 and 15. Everything arrived promptly and was absolutely delicious. Wished that we had more room, will definitely be back on our next visit!”

“The food is priddy good. There are no substitutions allowed, even though the menu is a fairly standard, non vegetarian, Asian ramen place. Service is very nice and the atmosphere is relaxing.”

“Really good pizza. We had the extra large (16") Big Apple. The crust in the middle of the pizza was a little wet, but the outer edges were great. Since the place is on Magazine, parking is an issue and don't be surprised to pay $36 for a pizza. Also, be prepared to wait...this is not fast food. All things considered, I'll be back...cool place and people.”

“As it turns out the place used gluten free ingredients to fry everything. We would recommend this stop if you're in town. They get some big name patrons on occasion but we missed any of them. They have been in business for 100 years as of this post literally today. C's sauce on the fries is great. There really was no wait when we went.”

“Decent coffee shop in the bywater area. The staff are really friendly. they have fresh juices but they don't always have specific flavors in the cooler. They have a decent breakfast and lunch menu but their quality is okay. The food is fresh but not too creative. It's a nice spacious seating area inside and outside. I often see families here.”
