“I traveled from Michigan here. It’s my base while I explore this part of Louisiana. I first ended up here after exhaustion made me fall asleep at the wheel. I pulled up and passed out like hope they don’t call the cops. I woke up to paradise in the swamp. The convenience store is amazing tons of iced beer, boudin sausage, Icees, and so much more. The staff is cool AF and let’s me kick it even though I am not dropping trucker money. The restrooms are clean, the washers and dryers rock, I can get a shower, and there’s a dope lounge. Huddle House is attached and there’s a casino! There’s a business center as well haven’t needed it but awesome. WiFi, television, and good people. This is America’s favorite truck stop. Your wildest dreams will come true here and your mind and soul will be at peace. It’s therapeutic. I keep coming back. It’s almost like home. Don’t waste your time at other truck stops around. The experience is epic and you will be more satisfied here than leaving an Asian massage parlor—and you won’t have to go to confession. They got dope knives and religious stuff too so choose your passion.”
