“What is there to say? It's a good little subway shop with friendly people. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because the bathroom was a little dirty, but I understand that can be fixed. Kids meals are great and there is a wide selection of those too. I am bummed you have to pay forbchips and salsa but that's not a big deal. Chili's is a family favorite for lunch and dinner!”

“Had a wonderful dinner at Novio's last night. Mary Ellen had the pumpkin tortellini and I had the Novio's burger. Both were fantastic. I know a burger doesn't sound that upscale, but this was perfect. The right burger to bun ratio, topped with bacon (tasted more like pork belly it was quite thick) and had a lovely BBQ sauce. Cheese was spot on. During our dinner, we were talking about going home to make a chocolate lava cake for dessert. I had attempted one a few nights earlier and screwed it up. Well, our waiter overhead our conversation and had the chef whip one up! They brought it out as we were about to get the check, on the house. And it was amazing -- we were floored. Kudos to Novio's for a great meal as well as going WAY above and beyond with their service. Cheers!”

“Went once in June and had a very rude waitress (daughter of owner), food was good, but no coffee and no credit cards. Just went again after hearing it was under new management and it was superb. I had the veal parmagiana with spaghetti, brought me back to my favorite restaurant in Brooklyn,NY. Delicious. We had a waiter that was so pleasant and efficient. They now had a bar and we had a couple of nice drinks. Definitely will go back.”

“We arrived to Bangor around 7:45pm and this was the only Chinese food restaurant we found open. Honestly It looked sketchy because the outside it not fancy looking, but I decided to give it a try. BEST CHINESE FOOD I'VE EVER HAD!!! They looked like they were closing up but they still took our take out order. They were very very nice and helpful. Great customer service and great food. We had a party of 5 and we all loved the food. The portions were more than enough one plate was enough for two. We ate left over the next night and it still tasted great. We will definitely be going back here if we find ourselves in Maine again.”

“I have been to Kobe so many times and loved it every time. Tonight I got take out for the first time. When I called to order the lady wasn’t very friendly. That was ok, she sounded busy. Then when I got there the credit card machine was not working very fast. Which was also fine because things happen and the young lady that was processing the card was nice. However, lady that gave me my order was not. I said thank you and have a good night and she didn’t respond. When I got home I open up my bag and there wasn’t any soy sauce. I could go without the soy sauce but the bad customer service is what really got me. I had a friend order around the time I did and the lady was rude to her too. Needless to say, customer service goes a long ways. I would have given 4 stars for my previous visits. Tonight would have been a two star visit but the young lady was nice. The other lady just ruined it for me.”

“McDonald's is what it is. A place to get, what should be a quick meal, at a price that is reasonable compared to other places. The problem herein lies with "quick". Like many fast food establishments I've noticed, this location seems to be suffering from a lack of help. I saw my order sit for several minutes before it was handed to me. If there were more people behind the counter, food would move faster. I'm not sure of the solution, but it seems that they need to figure a way to get more bodies in there.”
