“We had a wonderful time in one of the suites. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great, it was a continental breakfast, but they provided a hot dish, like french toast or a breakfast sandwich, that rotated by day. It was close to Baxter Park (about a 20 minute drive to the Togue gatehouse) so we explored the park by day and rested wonderfully by night. The restaurant and bar were also very good!”

“Great restaurant for American food, but stick with the American food they serve. We got a 12’ pizza, a grilled cheese panini, mozzarella sticks, a Spinach Strawberry salad, a Veggie Burger, and the chocolate mousse. The mozzarella sticks weren’t anything special, they seem pretty similar to ones you could get at a grocery store. The pizza was pretty good. It had lots of cheese and a well cooked crust, but the size wasn’t enough for 4 people. The salad and burger were where they shone through. The salad was absolute sublime! The strawberrries and nuts paired extremely well their “Vidalia Onion” dressing, and they cooked the eggs perfectly. You wouldn’t think to combine the ingredients they did, but it was truly amazing. The veggie burger was also great. It tasted homemade, fresh, and flavorful, ad opposed to the artificial buns you would get at other restaurants. Nice hearty taste. 8.5”

“I brought my family of 6 to Blair Hill Inn to begin our 'taste of Maine' as I called it. From there we went to Bar Harbor, then Camden, then Portland. My wife and our 4 adult children kept saying they just wanted to go back to Blair Hill each day. The food was awesome, the staff was great, and my family wants to go back for another visit soon. I am very picky and can honestly say this was one of the nicest places I have ever stayed. Thank you so much.”

“This is a Fantastic campground / cabin rental business. The owner is very friendly & helpful. This is an exceptional "get-away" for those that love the North Maine Woods. Very quiet, very nice where nature puts you asleep. We stayed 9 days and loved every minute. Pay no attention to the negative reviews, They may have needed a "city atmosphere". The residents up here are very hard working and very honest. I have lived in Maine my entire 62 years, and know this state very well. Plenty of stores in Dover-Foxcroft not far away, & many other towns & settlements in the area too. We explored the ATV trails, mountains, hiking trails, boating, fishing, a brewery,, and also relaxed listening to the loons & sounds of nature. You won't be disappointed looking for nature & relaxation here.”

We tried a variety of drinks I’ve seen messed up by other bartenders across NJ/PA. But this bartender made them perfectly. Will definitely be coming here every time I’m in town for a great atmosphere, food/drinks and a place to stay when needed.”

If you like going where the locals go, and being treated like one by the staff and patrons, this is the place.
