“I stopped by on a long morning drive. I had it pop up as on the way when I was planning, and I saw that they make their own English muffins. And BOY. This was SO much more than promised. I wandered in around 9 AM, and they had a pile they had just pulled out of the oven. They were still working on dough in the back. And as we talked, they told me they make their own breakfast burritos some days, too. And I'm glad I missed burrito day because I had to RUN back to my car to avoid buying 10 more muffins. I got a sausage and cheese muffin, and it was PERFECT. If you haven't had a freshly made English muffin, you gotta stop by and find out the truth: They're sweet, a little chewy, and so flavorful. It's almost a different food entirely from the mass made stuff. I was also able to just walk across the street and eat my food overlooking the ocean. And the area is really beautiful as well. I don't know. I'm back home after visiting Maine, and I'm definitely having flashbacks to this breakfast. I had to get up at 6 AM to fit this little stop into my adventure, and I wish I had gotten up earlier so I could've justified getting 3.”

“I stumbled upon Homeport Tavern after a long day of work, looking for a place to grab a drink and a good meal. Instead of the meal being good…wow. Exceeded my expectations. The bar was excellent. The bartender and staff very polite and courteous. Food was fantastic! I highly suggest the tavern burger, although honestly everything on the menu is great. Live music was a plus also. I’ll definitely be eating here again in the future. Homeport tavern is a great new addition to Searsport!”

“Melt in your mouth scones. Yum! We had chocolate chip, blueberry and cranberry orange. So delicious. So moist and fluffy, not dry and crumbly like some scones. Sweet little shop inside with local honey and other goodies. Super nice people too. Can't wait to go back.”

“It's fine, the staff has always been pleasant to interact with from my experience, but the prices there feel higher than other gas stations. I'm willing to be wrong about the price delta, but between that feeling and the pizza in the warmer is usually dry when I stop, I tend to roll by. Not someplace to actively avoid, but not a first choice either.”

“I liked this brewing company. It was a great location with an ocean view. They serve some food, and they have a huge selection of beer. If you are planning to have an actual dinner, this is not the place, they do not have a big food menu. Even tho, you are not gonna be hungry. My favorite beer was that called something like "Sassy Orange." It tasted like citrus. My boyfriend and I tried their soup of the day, that day it was spicy crab bisque, six oysters, and pretzel with cheese and mustard. Everything tasted great. We also tried their local chips that are called "Fox Family." We decided to try BBQ flavor but our server did not mention that it will be extremely HOT. Just letting you know that if you decide to try BBQ flavor it tastes good but it is super hot. I loved the place overall. They are dog friendly as well, we brought there our dog once.”

“My husband and I met Greg and Heidi at the top of Burnt Mountain and tasted their delicious feta cheese. We were able to purchase more in Bar Harbor and also bought some yogurt. The new plastic containers for yogurt are beautiful, recyclable, and made in the U.S. Happy to have met them and to find out about their farm. Now we need to take a trip to the farm.”

“A nice addition to a small Maine town. Finally a proper thin cluster pizza and a gluten free crust available, too. The beer is brewed there and is really high quality with a great assortment. My favorite is the ale. My son loves the IPA. There is entertainment on certain nights. Give them a try. Their pizzas are all 14" and there are kids pizzas available too along with calzones and grinders.”
