Rarely have I been dissatisfied and they've looked out for me a couple of times. “Many strange things were happening at this Wendy's. They were out of bacon in the kitchen. They were out of ketchup on the restaurant except for a small bucket of ketchup packets. At one point something large should in the kitchen so the were mopping up a ton of liquid and I've while moving the fryers and grills around. I recieved my food promptly but all that stuff happening in the kitchen was off putting.”
