“Came here last night. It was quiet and affordable. Two awesome things: The bartender (Katelyn?) was amazing and incredibly fun to talk to and made me feel like a regular. Second, they share a kitchen with the Himalayan place next door which means you can drink good beer and eat butter chicken at the bar, which I think is the pinnacle for bar food.”

“Great setting ; the space was a freshly redone farm-to-table restaurant that the new owners left largely unchanged. Warm and clean, with exposed beams and tastefully rusty tools. The food is excellent, with some nice Indian preparations I was heretofore unfamiliar with. The only knock might be the service. The server was always present in the space, but you pretty much have to ask him to come when you need something. Maybe he didn't want to intrude on our lively conversation, and when we did ask for something it was promptly and politely provided.”

“The food here was pretty good and the server Nancy was so warm and friendly and made me feel quite welcome. The manager/owner however stopped at every table, smiling and talking to guests, but never one time stopped or asked me anything. He never even made eye contact. I dine out on an average of three to four times a week, and i can honestly say, that I have never felt so ignored in any establishment. I am sure that it does not matter to him, but I will never return or recommend them for our group.”

“WOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The best lamb chops I've had IN MY LIFE!!! Literally melt in your mouth, tender, juicy and perfectly seasoned. AMAZING. Found this place while visiting Baltimore and will definately make the 1.5 hour drive to come back. “El Buffalo has come a long way in just the last few months. Recently they have renovated their upstairs to become a sports-friendly area, with about 5 televisions. They have a very cozy and warm aesthetic tying this together with some accents of Baltimore. Wouldn't recommend to come on Tu-Thur weeknights though. They host social sports drinking games and it can get crowded and loud.”
