“The best bagel joint in Baltimore for sure. This location can get super busy around 730-8am on the weekends. They have a ton of stuff to choose from and the bagels are always fresh. My recommendation is to get the bagel scooped out and get the home fries with your breakfast order. The salads here are also top notch. They also have nice outdoor seating during the warmer months, which you for sure sit outside in the morning. The location is large and not cramped like the Timonium store.”

“This is a great place to grab a quick lunch. They frequently change their menu so it’s a nice way to try something new. You can never go wrong with their soups, which you can tell is freshly made every day. I’m a huge fan of their kale salad, they figured out a way to make kale taste really good! Portions are great for their salads and you can add a protein (chicken, chicken salad or salmon). Highly recommend!”

Waiting area is small,no shelter from the doors opening and closing. Restroom is small(only 2 stalls and 1 sink) setting is like an outhouse. She was not overly friendly nor brusque in her manner. She was a true professional. Thanks, Kelly! I ordered The Fiesta Trio with the tortilla soup, chicken fajitas, and the brownie sundae. The order was processed quickly and brought to my table sizzling hot! I was so full from all of it that I couldn’t even finish my dessert. “It's one of the better chain sub shops available. The advantage is they have a very simple menu that is customizable to your wants. Food is tasty, but overall it's an average experience and I gave the instead if four starts because the lack of excitement and cheese situation. Price is okay, but cheese is EXTRA CHARGE and I honestly can't really taste the cheese because it's a mild cheese. This brings price higher and there's no meal discounts. Unless you get s sandwich with no cheese and that's it, the price is a little on the high side. Food is good. Simple with limited options. They do not have hot sandwiches and only offer deli meats. They do offer sub rolls, bread slice sandwiches, or lettuce wraps for the sandwich "carrier". Just watch out for when they ask about cheese because it's not included in the price, but no one has ever mentioned that to me, so I've been over paying a number of times. Staff is okay. Not overly excited to be there, but I suppose that's common for this type of establishment. Basically bare minimum customer service, but no bad experiences. Environment is trendy and fun. Some cool things to see and read on the walls, but once you've read them all, there's nothing new to see. Interactive, until it's not.”
