“The Blind Pig: Where Confusion Meets Deliciousness! My guy and I set out to have brunch at Savage Mill's dive bar but were led astray by signs more puzzling than the scarecrow in Wizard of Oz. Yet, we stumbled upon an unexpected gem! Top-notch soulful tunes (think SiR, Jazmine Sullivan, and Giveon) filled the air, and the vibe transformed into a sophisticated, smoke-free cigar lounge. The bartender/waitress makes a mean Lord of War cocktail (try it if you like lemon and whiskey/ bourbon)! The sweet and spicy General Tso wings and savory short rib tostada delighted our taste buds. Even their mistake of giving my guy a Blind Pig flatbread vs the requested meat-lover flatbread turned out to be a tasty surprise! The hot honey pepperoni pizza - pure magic! Pro tip for the confused: the dive bar lies hidden behind the first door on the left, en route to the antique mall. Mature folks: why go upstairs when they share the same kitchen. Stay downstairs! “What's not to love? AMAZING coffee. Lattes are not too sweet. Tons of delicious vegan goodies. The owners are absolutely delightful. And the setting in scenic Savage Mills is peaceful and beautiful. It's a funny story, because I live in DC and was out here visiting my partner. I found out about this coffee shop through a Facebook group. I visited the next chance I had and discovered they owned a coffee shop in DC that I used to go to. Anyways, I can't wait to visit again when it's warmer and bring my dog so we can explore the shops, and walk along the river, after grabbing a coffee and a bite.”

“Very good Neapolitan pizza, the texture of the crust is perfect - crunchy with a chewy and airy dough inside. Super close to real Neapolitan pizza and I was really impressed. My only comment was that there was too much char on the bottom of the pizza, it was essentially black. Not sure if that was intentional or not but it causes too much of a bitter taste, which upsets the balance of the flavor. I'll need to visit another day to see if that's a recurring problem, but other than that this is excellent pizza”

And every once in awhile like to pick up some of their hot food Wings mini tacos things like that for hot foods always ready, some of the stores might have food that have been in the warmers for a wild ride out not this place their Foods actually good. And the cashiers are super efficient always open another register tending to two registers. Love that 7-Eleven.”

“THB Bagelry is so so good! This morning I ordered a purple bagel with bacon, egg whites, pepper jack cheese and spinach. My boyfriend ordered an Asiago bagel the same way! Awesome flavors and great atmosphere all around. The only minor thing is that both bagels were missing their bacon (one of the best parts! :( and the onions my boyfriends were missing too. But everything is still new and I know how it feels to be ironing out the kinks of a newly opening restaurant. I definitely recommend this place and will happily be back! Awesome job THB!”
