Most of us got medium to gauge the spice level, which has just a tiny bit of heat. Those of us who want spicy food will probably go up a level next time. “Good food, great atmosphere. I miss their other location in Lex Park, which I think was better for their business... This location is absolutely empty on a Friday night at 7pm. Edit: I went back again last week, and I am happy to report that this location was buzzing on a weekend evening. Their chocolate cake is the best in the county, bar none. We also got pulled pork sandwiches, which were every bit as good as I remember. We will be frequent patrons!”

“This is a KFC & TACO BELL in one. It's the only one in the area. The food is good but one employee in particular made them lose a star. She was very rude and pushy. Didn't give you a chance to order all of your food before she started yelling with an attitude "does that complete your order". I actual asked to speak to a manager when I got the window to collect my order. However, by the time I got up to the window it was a completely different person. I told them I didn't appreciate the way in which the other person who was taking my order spoke to me. The young black man was very courteous and apologised on behalf of the Company. He said she went on break. Then I saw the young lady sitting on the sidewalk smoking a cigarette. She looked visibly upset with someone she was talking to on the phone. I was tempted to stop and say a few encouraging words to lift her spirits but the look on her face said she didn't want to be bothered so I left. She has to learn to keep her personal life separate from her work. You can't take your anger and frustration out on your customers because its bad for business.”
