“Two weeks ago, we went to this market for the first time and picked up the best swordfish (we grilled it, salt & pepper) and shrimp (we made a light scampi) that we've ever had, hands-down. Unbelievably fresh. The swordfish had just come off the truck that afternoon. The staff was friendly on the phone and in person. I've also placed two online orders for fish I've sent to my parents. “I visited Stanzy's tonight after finishing up at work with the intention of getting a drink and checking the place out. Ended up staying for an extra drink and wished that I hadn't eaten beforehand. The atmosphere, service and even the guests they had inside made for a great experience. There was a mix of different types of people including younger, older and even elected city officials that I knew who were visiting tonight. I didn't want to leave a review until I had a meal here but my first impression is positive enough for me to say that Stanzy's is a great addition to Peabody Square. I'll update my review after ordering some food on my next visit, which will certainly be very soon! Edit: Went back for Mac and cheese and a pulled pork sandwich. They were delicious! Very tasty food and the apple crisp dessert was very good too! Excellent job. ????????????????????”

“From Western MA in town for the evening. We saw the outside bar from the street and decided to stop by for some drinks and food. What an awesome place. Although we were told the kitchen was closed the owner immediately told us where to go to get late night food. We were having such a good time that we didn’t want to leave. We ended up with muffins and danish for dinner!!! After sometime the owner made us a tray of cheese, crackers, olives and salami. We didn’t ask he just offered... it was delicious ... he did not charge us!!! Now that’s customer service. We will defiantly be back!!!”

“It's in a strip mall so you.might dismiss it, but don't! The salsa here is so fresh, it's the best I've ever had, especially if you like cilantro. I got the avocado salad with chicken (can't remember name) and this was the freshest salad I've ever had. The chix was very tasty and tasted freshly grilled and the avocado was just the right ripeness. A lot of places usually serve avocado that is under ripe and there's no taste. I had leftovers and I are them 3 days later (!!) and the lettuce was still crunchy!! Service is very friendly and fast. Got nachos with steak my second time and they were great. A little heavy on the onions so I might hold those next time. Steak delicious. This is a new gem!”
