Such wonderful service. My friend and I went on our Boston trip and they were accommodating and understanding when we ordered a dish super late because my friend can’t eat spicy Mapo tofu (which tasted good to me!) and we got another great dish. The owner, waitress, and chefs were all so kind and made us feel so welcome!!

I had the pleasure of tasting 20 new dishes at Foodie Finds Friends @Haoshiguang. Each dish showcased excellent culinary skills and unique flavors. The variety was impressive, ranging from appetizers to main courses and desserts, with each bite offering a delightful surprise.最喜欢椒盐大虾

海鲜疙瘩汤was absolutely delightful. The soup had a rich and savory flavor, made from a blend of various seafood, capturing the essence of the ocean in every spoonful. Also, the services quality at the restaurant is top-notch. The staff were warm and friendly, providing detailed descriptions of the dishes and frequently checking in to ensure we had everything we needed.

One of my new favorite restaurants in Boston :) It brings together a lot of nostalgic threads of home, from the environment to the kind of dishes on the menu. We ordered the 凉粉 (tossed clear noodles with chili sauce), fried calamari, stir fried green bean with pork and dried shrimp, mala lamb spine, paired with some matcha IPAs and a mango mein mein ice for dessert! Everything else was pretty standard tasting, but the lamb spine was probably my favorite bite of meat I’ve had at a restaurant in the Western hemisphere. You NEED to come try it. For the price, the mango mein mein is definitely worth ordering. Lots of fresh mango and the texture of the ice is amazing - it resembles the thin fibers of the fruit itself. 5/5 highly recommend if you’re in the neighborhood! I’ll be back to try other dishes on the menu. Also it’s hard to find matcha IPAs on the menu these days, and I’m a matcha fiend :)

Plus, the whole ordering & payment system is on your phone through Toast and it’s a super seamless process so you don’t have to wait for the check. Lots of reviews describe this restaurant as a rare reflection of modern Chinese dining - what the young people like to eat in China. Based on my experience, I’d agree. It’s been so rare to find this combo of dishes in any of the restaurants I’ve been to in Boston. My parents are from Dong Bei/Northeastern China and I’m so thankful to have something in Boston that gives me a portal to my homeland. Also, what a peaceful vibe and atmosphere!

Came in half hour before closing and they were nice enough to still seat us. Inside is very modern, clean and spacious. There is a bar code at the corner of the table, you scan for the menu, order and pay right on your phone when you're done. The owner was very friendly and kind. We ordered the beef noodles soup, Taiwanese fried chicken (flavorful and not too greasy like some others), braised pork over rice (very large order and the braised pork was very tender and good amount of sauce), and the lamb skewers. Everything was delicious and decent sharing portions so you can order a bunch of things to try. There are a lot of items we still want to try so we will be back soon.
