Lots of tourists to talk to, and getting a feel as to where other people are coming from it's actually pretty cool to meet people from all over the world there. Saugatuck is definitely a town for travelers to visit so every time I go there it's great to meet people from other states. The bands are great the beers great and the people that work there smile which is cool even when they're under pressure.”

“We walked into Fresh Basil Cafe about seven minutes prior to closing (9pm) but the staff (perhaps the owners?) were very friendly and told us it was no problem at all to order pizzas. We ordered the Margherita for the adults and Pepperoni for the kids. Pizzas were delicious but what really stood out was the friendly service. Other menu items (including a vegan wrap) looked good too and there is a really cute outdoor seating area. We plan to return!”

“Outstanding in every sense of the word. Until last night, the best steak I ever had was at Gibson's in Chicago. This was 10 times better. I had the bone-in filet and ordered it medium rare with a Pittsburgh char. It was perfection. The bone marrow appetizer was amazing the escargot were to die for. What made our experience even better was our server Melanie. WOW! If every restaurant can duplicate her, they will never get less than a 5 Star review. I am not even going to talk about their pricing because it is irrelevant. The value of our experience was worth every penny. We will be back!!”
