“On vacation and visiting Frankfort on a Monday evening and stopped at the Hotel Frankfort & Restaurant for dinner. We did not stay at the hotel, but our dinner was superb! Jake our waiter did a great job taking care of us the entire time we were there. Nice food and drink menu. The steamed shrimp were outstanding, and my wife had the broiled white fish which she said were her very favorite of all time. Nice and relaxing on the deck outside. We truly enjoyed our food and serviced. Thank-you for doing such a great job. If you are reading this review and will be in Frankfort, stop in the Hotel Frankfort for a great meal.”

“First time visit for lunch. Quickly seated at a high top bar table. Overall experience was positive. Helpful hostess and waiter. Had the bbq beef brisket sandwich which was excellent. Only concern was that the fries were warm and limp, not hot and crispy as I prefer. Will definitely go back. Nice addition the the Frankfort restaurant scene.”

“Very close to beach. Can get very busy in the evenings. However, there are many shops around to pass the time while you wait. We were seated fairly quickly. Lots of great beer on tap. Nice variety of appetizers and entrees. All food was pretty good. There is seating inside or out on the patio. There is also a nice common gathering area to just enjoy a drink, or two. Hostess and waitstaff busy, but attentive and friendly Live music the night we were there.”

“Great fresh fish they fry up or you can buy to go cook yourself. It's pricey but worth it. Had 1/2 pound walleye (about 13.00) they cooked to perfection. The smoked whitefish spread is amazing too! Eager to go back and try some other things next time in that beautiful area.”

“The sandwich I ate, Tripoli, was delicious. However, the tables were not cleaned off nor were any staff seen from behind the counter. The ordering, picking up, paying process seems like it could be simplified as we had to stand in line three times: to order, to pick up food, then finally to pay. Each time the line and wait was longer. This was with only half the seats being used. I can't imagine what the wait would be when busy and full. My wife also saw the staff grab some coleslaw, for a sandwich, with her bare hand.”

“Nothing special to note. The food we had was good. The staff seemed a little over their head as we had to prompt them for additional drinks. Come to find out the bartender is new but was friendly. The place is not actually open on Mondays, despite what it says on their sign and on Google maps. Mixed drinks were $5.50 and $4.25 for bottle beer. Seemed to have a decent selection on draft.”
