“Food was good. I felt like the portion sizes were kind of small on my meal. I had the turkey dinner and it came with mashed potatoes and gravy, dressing, turkey, carrots and cranberry sauce. My plate could have been hotter and there was just a small dallop of potatoes with nowhere near enough gravy and about a tablespoon of cranberry sauce. The rest of my family had burgers and fries and the portions were good. We got a table immediately but then waited about 30 minutes for our food which felt a little long considering it was not busy when we ordered. By the end of our meal the place was packed and half the dining area was shut down which made it almost uncomfortable. Our host and server were excellent and very friendly (especially the host! He was great with my grouchy kid). Prices were reasonable. Family of five cost about $55 plus tip. I was very pleased to see a service dog welcomed into the establishment.”

Good appetizers and a discount for military, veterans, and law enforcement. The prices on some things are a little more but not unreasonably so. “The place was packed! My first time there. I had the mushroom burger with cheese curds. I'm not a fan of the curds, second time I've had them, I love my sticks but not the curds. The burger was good but way to greasy for me and my system. I also tried the vanilla custard, I guess I expected more from commercials, tasted like soft ice cream to me. Service was fast but because they were so busy it was pretty loud the customer service cashier should speak up, could hardly hear her plus she looked down all the time instead of speaking at us. I'd go again and try a different sandwich. I debated between 3 and 4 star, went with 4 because of the speed in delivery.”

Our only issue was that it was extremely warm in the restaurant which is very unusual. I will add to their defense that it was very hot outside which may have caused the air-conditioning to be overworked. “Had a great brunch/lunch here. Our waiter was beyond fun and down to earth. I ordered the make your own breakfast and was not disappointed. Everything tasted fresh and bursting with flavor. They apologized for the hash browns taking a few minutes longer but they gave me almost an entire plate to make up for it. I had scrambled eggs and sausage which also tasted great, I do wish that their sausages were a bit bigger though. I'll definitely be back when in the area.”
