“I am amused at the poor ratings. Yes they are slightly priced above what you would find at food chain restaurants. Also you are in Harbor Springs. That being said you people need to get over yourselves. The food is top notch and for the most part I would recommend carry out as their dining area is quite small. I am certain that those who say they will never be back wouldn’t be welcomed back anyway. Stay away, please. We don’t need you here. Looking forward to my Kung Pow chicken and fried rice tonight.”

There is also bar service, get a glass of wine with your lunch. Numerous breakfast related dishes to choose from, in there all tasty. Family operated and friendly service, it is my go-to place when I visit Harbor Springs.”

“Very small restaurant and a favorite with locals! Cozy decor with amazing art in the walls. Service is efficient and attentive. The menu is small yet well put together. All the dishes we had were well prepared and tasty. The rustic salad was well dressed and flavorful. The August in Detroit burger was cooked to perfection, juicy and tasteful. The Parmesan and panko crusted perch was so flavorful and moist. The Reuben sandwich was delicious, with tender corned beef and good bread.”

“Very nice place with great views, lots of room. We had an 8 pm reservation but had traveled all day and were tired so we went a bit earlier... 7:30. We explained our situation and they immediately seated us, served us promptly, and quickly presented the check when we asked for it as we were finishing our meals. We just wanted to get back to our hotel and relax and we very much appreciated Stafford's cooperation. My walleye was delicious. The whitefish/perch combo was so-so. Beer and iced tea we're very good. Dinner rolls also very good. Waitress was excellent. If we get back up here, we'd definitely eat here again.”
