There were cars waiting to turn left into the parking lot that were blocking regular traffic. The team members who took my order and payment seemed bright and cheerful. The order was correct. “I don't know anyone who says let's go to Brookfield Plaza. There are lots of lovely businesses inside this Plaza, for instance on Thursday nights there are a lot of wonderful fiber women who meet at the Grand Traverse Pie Company for dinner and knitting or crocheting. There are lots of other businesses here also but I don't really know them all by name. There is a Rite Aid drugstore and a nail place also there is a bicycle place and a Chinese restaurant along with other businesses. If you are in the vicinity of Hagadorn and Grand River Avenue you might want to check it out.”

“Yum! I had not heard anything about this place yet, and a group of us from work was looking for lunch one day and stopped here. It was fantastic! We had a couple appetizers in our group and most of us had the traditional Ramen. It was delicious! I can't wait to go back! There is also a 7% discount if you pay with cash. Prices were already very reasonable. You can tell the staff is very proud of their food and is very hospitable and polite. Amazing comfort food, I would recommend it!”

“Was happy to find it wasn't packed since its opening yesterday. The inside looks nice with stone half walls and Edison bulb lighting. You can tell the staff is newly hired but I'm sure they'll get the hang of it. Though they have some nicer, more inventive ingredients, the pizza was a bit disappointing in flavor. Admittedly I probably should've chosen one of their signature pizzas instead of a custom pizza made from a la carte ingredients. Might try a grain bowl on my next visit.”

“Just visiting and I was looking for a grocery store near my hotel. Found this one while walking nearby. A newer store that opened this summer that appears to be aimed at the close student population. It was spring break while I was shopping so pretty quiet. Stock levels looked low for fresh products but In assume that was due to less business with the break. There is also a small deli/food service in the back of the store and a Starbucks right next store. No beer or wine, mostly snacks and junk food, a bit of other random goods. Kind of like a corner store without the things that make them money like tobacco and alcohol. Clean store with friendly staff. I can see myself stopping here if I lived nearby and just needed a couple things for the fridge.”

“Impeccable customer service! I accidentally read the hours for Lou & Harry's bar and not the restaurant. I was in the parking lot around 8:55pm and they turned off the "Open" sign at 9pm! I was frantic because I thought they closed at 2am and not 9pm! I went in and explained the mistake and the staff without hesitation still made my food to go! They were so nice and understanding, they didn't rush or had any slight attitude what's so ever in staying open a few more minutes! Honestly, BEST BURGERS AND FRIES in Lansing/Frandor! The food is made quick to order, pipping hot, and delicious - especially for the college crowd rolling around drunk at two in the morning, desperately hoping to fight off the incoming hangover and dealing with a crazy lady back home. They're open well after the bars close so they must have their target audience down to a science. Beyond all that, the music was a little loud and definitely not to my taste, seating is limited (but by design), and the staff actually seemed a little impatient. But if you just want some bomb local cuisine, check this place out for sure. I'd compare it to a wrap equivalent of Big John's Steak & Onion, if anyone out there is familiar.”

“Coolest taco place EVER! Take some time to explore the vast wallpaper job they did painstakingly putting pages from old comic books all over like some kind of amazing collage! Super friendly staff and a really cool atmosphere. Get some tacos or some delicious pizza for the kids and then have a drink from their extensive bar area. Hands down a GEM in east Lansing. Only way this place could be cooler is if they had a slide!”
