“Impeccable customer service! I accidentally read the hours for Lou & Harry's bar and not the restaurant. I was in the parking lot around 8:55pm and they turned off the "Open" sign at 9pm! I was frantic because I thought they closed at 2am and not 9pm! I went in and explained the mistake and the staff without hesitation still made my food to go! They were so nice and understanding, they didn't rush or had any slight attitude what's so ever in staying open a few more minutes! Honestly, BEST BURGERS AND FRIES in Lansing/Frandor! You won't regret it! Thanks again staff for being so gracious yesterday (6/21/2019) you definitely made my day!”

The food is made quick to order, pipping hot, and delicious - especially for the college crowd rolling around drunk at two in the morning, desperately hoping to fight off the incoming hangover and dealing with a crazy lady back home. They're open well after the bars close so they must have their target audience down to a science. Beyond all that, the music was a little loud and definitely not to my taste, seating is limited (but by design), and the staff actually seemed a little impatient. But if you just want some bomb local cuisine, check this place out for sure. I'd compare it to a wrap equivalent of Big John's Steak & Onion, if anyone out there is familiar.”

It would be a solid five stars if not every once in a while when you order they over cook the chicken and it’s stringy, dry, and tough. “Coolest taco place EVER! Take some time to explore the vast wallpaper job they did painstakingly putting pages from old comic books all over like some kind of amazing collage! Super friendly staff and a really cool atmosphere. Get some tacos or some delicious pizza for the kids and then have a drink from their extensive bar area. Hands down a GEM in east Lansing. “I have been frequenting this establishment for about a year now, and it's awesome. Their customer service is great. The young staff is always courteous, friendly and professional. One employee, in particular, greets customers upon entering the store, and then engage in a small and short dialogue; I believe his name is "Noah". Employees seem very knowledgeable about their products. The physical layout of the store is easy visually and transitional on the eyes. The color scheme is soft and smooth. More importantly, is very clean. This business is a great fit for the area just to pop in and grab a healthy lunch or dinner sandwich. How about just a SMOOTHIE!”

The sweet lady that was working the drive through could barely hear me, half the menu is missing at the drive through, and the potholes in the parking lot are terrifying. The wait for our water and drinks was a long one for 4pm but we got over that once our food arrived. I got the ribs with loaded mashed potatoes and the wonderful mac & cheese. The others got Alfredo with shrimp or chicken. 4 of us dined with margaritas/beers for less than $80. The wait staff was kind and attentive.”

“Made the trip from Mason, MI. And worth it! My family and I stopped in tonight during the dinner rush and there was a line. The staff handled it VERY well! They had a young lady taking orders from those in line and another ringing up the order and collecting payments. Meanwhile the girl taking the orders down was communicating with the kitchen staff letting them know what to prepare. The line dissolved within minutes and we were seated with our fresh food shortly after. I love how the food has remained the same over the years too!! Especially the chicken strips! ???? Keep up the great work! Olympic Broil is a Lansing treasure! I love that I get to enjoy a family night out with my kids the way my dad and I used to when I was younger! ALSO was extremely affordable! The total was only $21 for 3 kids and two adults.”
