“Just visiting and I was looking for a grocery store near my hotel. Found this one while walking nearby. A newer store that opened this summer that appears to be aimed at the close student population. It was spring break while I was shopping so pretty quiet. Stock levels looked low for fresh products but In assume that was due to less business with the break. There is also a small deli/food service in the back of the store and a Starbucks right next store. No beer or wine, mostly snacks and junk food, a bit of other random goods. Kind of like a corner store without the things that make them money like tobacco and alcohol. Clean store with friendly staff. I can see myself stopping here if I lived nearby and just needed a couple things for the fridge.”

“Food was great! Service was great! I don’t normally order salads but needed some greens that day and it was bomb! My chicken did taste a little funny to me like it wasn’t cook all the way so they made a new batch without chicken ( I like my chicken over cook so probably why it taste funny). They were awesome for not charging me the salad! It definitely could’ve been me but hey if something doesn’t taste right always go with your gut! What’s even more great was that my husband actually likes the place! By the way, they have the BEST cole saw! I’m definitely not spelling it right! ????”

Giving a three star because I came in a few weeks ago and there were flies where they were making my milkshake. “I did not have a bad experience. In fact, the best part was the woman working this morning a little before noon. She was incredibly friendly. This was my first time here so naturally I tried a slice of cheese and a slice of pep to get an idea of what this place is all about. With a 3.50 price for one slice of pizza, I expected it to taste amazing. It didn't, but it also wasn't bad. The dough/crust is fantastic! I just prefer a more flavorful sauce. It seemed bland to me. Also I expected it to taste more "brick oveny." They use a roller oven to reheat the slices rather than a brick oven. Since Geno's closed several years ago(I worked there,) downtown Lansing has needed a pizza slice place and I'm happy that Good Slice moved in.”

“This is my local haunt and is one of my favorite spots in Lansing. The barbecue is solid (love the brisket) and the brussels are delicious (the sauce is key). Am also a fan of the beers - we can always find an IPA that we enjoy. They tend to have live music on weekends which is entertaining (usually a guy playing covers). Their weaknesses are the cocktails (please don’t put beer in them!) and their desserts. Overall, it’s a great place to hang with a little room for improvement.”

“I haven't been to this Red Lobster in awhile. The last time we went to this location the service wasn't awesome, but that was probably 5 years ago. The service this time was awesome. Our server was very pleasant and helpful. Our order was correct. The manager even came by to see if we needed anything. The only thing I wish was different was menu related. Which isn't the locations fault. The menu is weirdly laid out and doesn't flow well. Also, some of the menu options don't really make a ton of sense. I felt like I ordered something else because what I really wanted wasn't available as a single entree, but instead you have to order it with a pair or a trio of entrees. Weird. I didn't need that much food, nor did I want to pay that much money just to get that particular menu item. The meal I did eventually go with was quite delicious and I was pleased with it.”
