“First time trying this place. The meal was very good. The service was reasonably quick given the crowd. The staff was friendly and helpful. The only reason I selected four stars instead of 5 was because the coffee was average at best and served barely warm in both the cafe and the restaurant. Aside from the coffee, it is the best breakfast I've had so far in Kalamazoo. I recommend it to others and will definitely be back.”

“Great food. Loved the ambiance. It's cozy. The food tasted perfect too. We ordered the garlic bread. The only negative for that is that they should maybe serve it with Olive Oil with Minced Garlic instead of Marinara. But again, that's my liking and they gave us that when we asked for it. We ordered pizza and it was great. I loved their cheese on the pizza. Their collection of Martinis are great as well. I got a virgin Martini and they tried to make it as close to the actual Martini as possible and I love it.”

“I had a very full and wonderful experience at the castle. I was able to do a wine tasting upon my arrival and the bartender was amazing and kept us laughing. After we got checked in to our spotless room and relaxed we enjoyed a candle lit dinner by the window over looking the vineyard. Our waiter was very attentive and the food was to die for. I love the aged steak that I ordered. I even for the chance to meet the owner/chef in the morning. He was so nice and sat and talked with me and my husband for a while. And don’t get me started on the 60 minute massage that we had before check out. I’ve traveled to so many places and have never experienced such a great bed in breakfast with great hospitality. I have been raving about it for the last few days”

“I normally will do a 5 on this place. Always fast . Sometimes beans are cold. But it's good for most part. Yesterday we went there and sat down in same spot we always do. Was told by a kid that they was cleaning and said can you move. This kid was 13-14 . I asked how old he was he said 14 almost 15 then said I mean 15 almost 16. So I have a baby. Had to move everything and grab are own chairs cause the table we sat at didn't have enough chairs. Then took a very long time to get just drinks. Then after food was brought to us seriously had a rock in it. We was asked do you want another of what you bought. At that point no so then they still charged us for the food even though we couldn't eat. Very upset been going here for a long time”
