Outstanding experience! The meal, the service and the setting were perfect. So glad we tried it. We'll most definitely be back. Don't miss the lobster mac and cheese.

How fun was that dinner?!?!
The carriage ride through the woods to the other side of the island was so fun and romantic. I've always wanted to come here when we visit, but never could. I'm very happy we made special accomodations to dine with you. All food and service were too notch!!!!

Service is always terrific and food is very good. Waiters are top notch and friendly. I’ve been coming to the Woods for many years. I was disappointed that the house specialty goulash was removed from the menu. The staff seemed equally perplexed. How can the house specialty be taken off the menu? Very strange...

I’ve been coming to Mackinac for years but hadn’t made it out to The Woods. It truly was a special dinner in a beautiful house. The food was fantastic (got the whitefish) and service absolutely excellent. All things considered, the price wasn’t not too bad either. Lastly, while the website says to order a taxi, there is a shuttle available from downtown. We ended up walking home as well which wasn’t too bad of a hike.
